I can’t login to the App, every time I try it says (something wrong) very frustrating and so tedious now. You not let me login, not offer any help, also the page/site just crashes 🤷🏻♀️ What is this? Please I would love to know! I’m also worried you have information about me, yet I can’t simply use what I was told would be offered ie; making purchases of my favourite coffees & new products. This is not good!
My nespresso app keeps closing
Nespresso app after the update /install the app again it keeps crashes
Downloaded the app as I reckon descaling mode needs a firmware refresh. App instantly crashes so cannot update and fix the machine as no coffee function was working. Terrible software infrastructure. Just allow your users to get their coffee! Smartphone wall to update seems a little silly. Make something that operates via Bluetooth connectivity to all devices so at least people can use this via PC/Mac.
Nespresso app appears unable to show help videos via YouTube. It indicates network issues but network is fine.
Trying to complete an order using my credit but won’t allow as continue button is greyed out? Have deleted app and logged back in but same issue remains!
