Make an app for IPad.
Before you force people to switch
Inconsistent design patterns used across screens. Not suitable for iPad. Difficult to find options and menus. Not clear what part of the screen can be scrolled and what is fixed.
Very poorly made App.
Doesn’t work without wifi.
The presentation of HDFCSecuritiesInvestRight is awful and navigating to the desired script is cumbersome, difficult and without adequate guidance.
I have used other big banks’ App and feel that the old App was much better!

It is not recognising the mpin that I set - I have to redo the entire setting up of the pin again and again
App is not opening at all. As soon as I click on it the screen closes. Don’t know what happened after the recent update.
It gives heart attack sometimes by showing wrong calculation in portfolio summary. Even after refreshing or leaving HDFCSecuritiesInvestRight to load completely, it shows wrong values or zero as current value
Buggy app. After selling some assets from my portfolio, most of the tabs in HDFCSecuritiesInvestRight started throwing errors.
Update: This issue is still not fixed after a week.
Too many ads. It’s like trading on money control website. The stock updates have a horrible lag. It doesn’t let me update or add stock to my watchlist. HDFCSecuritiesInvestRight needs serious IT and QA checks. The old app was not great but this is absolutely horrible. If there was an option to give Zero stars then, I will give Zero stars.
The login and terms buttons are distorted on HDFCSecuritiesInvestRight in iPhone. We can not login in the iPhone. I am not sure such a banking app has no basic testing and validation before going to live. No stars will be given to HDFCSecuritiesInvestRight.
I did the reinstall and clearing cache etc. it is still distorted in IOS 17. Please validate HDFCSecuritiesInvestRight before sending to the prod.
1. The chart does not load for initial 3-5 secs, after that when it loads and if I try to change 3m, 1y etc again it takes time.
2. Have option to view the chart when I click on the stock from my portfolio.
3. Have option to send feedback from HDFCSecuritiesInvestRight directly. So that we don’t have come here to give feedback.
I don’t understand how such an important and widely used application gets a fix or bug update every once in a month. There are no hyperlinks to stock portfolios. The stock chart sometime doesnt load unless i select 3M or plus.
Your application buttons are not able to respond on fullscreen
These button usually on top or bottom so that not able to click.
Please suggest solution.
Excellent in all aspects. Keep it up. However, request for the stock alerts to enable, which is pending for a longer time.
