For NRI customers login is not possible. OTP page can be seen but never received OTP in Email. Not in Spam as well. Although OTP for web login n HDFC sec app is working. NRI relationship manger don’t give damm about your complain. He simply ignores Email n Call and never reply. I have raised Complaints for some other issues as well but never solved. Time to leave the HDFC
