How to fix Veebs app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Veebs app on iPhone
Update Veebs app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Veebs iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Veebs on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Veebs network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Veebs Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Veebs not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Veebs App
1. On android, goto Settings » Veebs » click [Force Stop]

Update Veebs to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Veebs App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Veebs » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Veebs.

Fix Veebs unable to contact server/ Veebs internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Veebs » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Veebs » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Veebs
