1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MegafLix app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MegafLix.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MegafLix » "Force Stop".
