I paid my rent through ResManResidentApp but then 4 days later got notification that rent wasn’t paid!!!! I alway use our website to pay but remembered we had an app so I used that! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE ResManResidentApp!! NEVER!!!!! This causes me late fee!!! I can barely even pay my rent and now I have to pay an additional $115. Management has already waved my late fee once in the last 12 months. Unfortunately we can’t do it again. Even though it is your app’s fault!! I didn’t realize that I didn’t get a confirmation nor was the payment taken out of my account!! I am absolutely FURIOUS and will never use your app again to make payments!!!!!

only lets u make ONE payment yet all the adds show more than one i don’t get the problem in that but clearly it makes my rent delayed since this is the only way to pay it. it will take one payment then if u want to make another payment in the same week it will say you have insufficient funds when you don’t and there’s nothing Chase can do about it. ResManResidentApp is trash and doesn’t work

I don’t like the fact no one has contacted me back about the error on my account, when I set up the login as the adult when I finally log into it, it shouldn’t have my minor child name on the account.. this is a matter that needs to be address and fixed immediately.

Uptown Fayetteville forces you to download ResManResidentApp to request maintenance of your apartment.

Allegedly it is Opt-In to have your information sold by ResManResidentApp, but take it with a grain of salt and don't grant it permissions.

Please simply let people call the front desk for simple things instead of forcing apps and accounts on them.

I have been unable to make my payments for days. ResManResidentApp does not appear to process the payment.

This is never accurate y’all need to get it together for real. I should not see that I owe $600 when I owe zero. I would give ResManResidentApp a zero star rating, but that’s not an option.

Doesn’t work and after reaching out to my complex I was still hit with a late fee for my rent being late bc some how ResManResidentApp not working is my fault

We split the payment between the two of us and they took the ability to beable to away.

I work and live in an apartment complex that uses ResMan for their resident portal and I have to say it was such a relief when ResManResidentApp came out! It has made it so much easier for me and our residents to pay rent and especially to submit work orders. Thank you so much for creating ResManResidentApp!
