How to fix Focustar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Focustar app on iPhone
Update Focustar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Focustar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Focustar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Focustar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Focustar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Focustar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Focustar App
1. On android, goto Settings » Focustar » click [Force Stop]

Update Focustar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Focustar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Focustar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Focustar.

Fix Focustar unable to contact server/ Focustar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Focustar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Focustar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Focustar
