So I loaded naira and converted to usd hoping to create a virtual card. It kept giving an error when I tried to create the virtual card. You can’t be releasing buggy apps.
THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND FRAUDULENT, I’ve told some transactions with them and they refused to pay me I complain to the customer care they promise to help me but nothing came out. I called and called and called. They kept on posting me please do not use Platnova they steal peoples money and blame it on the software. I have proof!!!

I added funds to my USD card but I’m unable to withdraw funds added to my usd card. I can only use the card to make payment for Facebook ads.
This USD card is not supported for many platforms which is already a red flag. Platnova is not recommended for saving in USD as the moment you convert your naira to USD , you can no longer convert back to naira unless your making an expense.
I reported to customer service but they promised to respond to me and it’s been 5 months and nothing has changed.
If you want to use this card to pay for your Facebook ads, that’s okay. This card is not accepted on Apple Pay or iPhone payment card payment.
I’m Deleting my account because their customer service is not realiable . Yes they responded but they do nothing about your complaints.

My sister downloads Platnova and set it up after go she loaded $1590 on it they locked the account and she couldn’t even take the money out I helped her to complain to their customers support for more than a month now no response she complain on there Facebook and they later block her on Facebook even she can’t send message to support…. This is a scam app designed to steal people’s money
You need to work on that’s it’s taking almost 40 mins now and still nothing
Platnova is cool , but I need you guys to upgrade your funding method, so one can fund account without needing to put in Bvn for a one time acc
Platnova works well you can apply for a dollar card and make all the promises conversions and transactions but be ware at some point you will loose some money and if you complain they will make empty promises but never take action. So my advise get Platnova but only load it with the exact amount of money you need at every turn, do not I repeat do not leave your money there unattended. Load the exact amount needed to carry out a transaction and perform the transaction immediately!
