Can’t wait to start earning my Zipcoins! Love Zippy’s!

Are you guys trying to lose customers?

Me and my whole family LOVE Zippy’s and Zippys is massively improved from the previous version. It maintains the functionality with superior performance. So easy to use and so many new added features that I think I’ll be eating at Zippy’s more often just so I can have this awesome online ordering experience!

It's not that bad for an app if you want the bare minimum required to order at this app. Definitely improved on the last app, but it still mostly feels like a webpage behind a pane of glass. If you close Zippys you lose your order. If you put in your credit card with the wrong zip or CVV2 it tries to authorize anyway, so you get two credit card charge alerts which is a bit of a hassle to have to track. It also doesn't support Apple Pay which is pretty lame these days.

As for the restaurant experience I think that's pretty irrelevant for reviewing an app.

Zippys is everything we’ve been waiting for, we eat at Zippy’s most of the time! Now, we can earn more points by just eating here couple times of the week. I’m glad that they could be able to do it in an app form! Kudos! To Zippys designers and engineers…

Zippy’s is the most famous restaurant chain in Hawaii and now they have this amazing app! You can order on your phone and also sign up to collect reward points. Zippys is easy to use and makes visiting my favorite restaurant a breeze.

On December 30, 2022, I ordered a Chicken Curry Plate and a Laulau combo. After waiting 20 minutes, I go up to the counter to ask about my order. At that time, I was told that my order wasn’t ready and that they were out of the Chicken Curry. I was upset because no one told me this when I ordered or during the 20 minutes I waited for my food. I had to reorder something else and by the time I got our food, my food was
Cold!

… breakfast items are not on this new app. Too bad. It was so convenient to order in the way to work, pick up then leave. Now it’s hard to plan for because the wait time is so variable after ordering.

My cousins and I we eat at this app like weekly we always have ours it mean and somehow we get the same waitress Liza andMercedes I think her name was that but good customer service from these two ladies the food was good and was fast

After the update to new online experience you can no longer schedule a pickup breakfast items. None of the breakfast bentos shows up in app to order the day before or even in morning when previously this was not an issue.

Picking up food. Very busy 1 cashier and 1 handling food. She was very nice and helpful.. We had a hard time using our card she was so helpful and said thank you have a nice day.. when we left.

The reward program that all the locals been waiting for I bet some would of been in a platinum or double platinum member but in all it’s about time 🤙🏼

When ordering through Zippys it states that the stores are currently closed when it’s not. Couldn’t pre order my take out. Had to wait 15 min for my order in the store.

Something new but we’ll worth it if I can get rewards for something I purchase anyway.

Excellent service and server was helpful in how to use my e card and rewards.

I order online and I pay online. I just want to pick up my food. I’m standing at the counter being ignored by the employees packing the food. Nobody acknowledges me while my food is ready and just needs to be handed to me. Finally I stop them and ask for my food. This has happened twice.

Our server was excellent. Her name is April. We will definitely come again.

I don’t want to be given a choice to only pay online. I’d rather pay for it at the restaurant. My parents do not know how to use Zippys but they’re always willing to pay. Please make that an option again.

Great idea for the Zipters!! Makes it easy to order online and earn rewards.

Whenever I try and order, I get an error message saying to check my payment and try again. I've tried every type of card. Visas, MC and AmEx nothing works.

Zippys is just ok for now. Can’t customize some orders (ie, choice of chili on a surf pac deluxe), and the credit card payments aren’t going thru “yeah, lots of people” according to the helpful person at the counter.

Friendly, fast and fantastical food!!! First time here and I was impressed with the service and friendly faces!

I always ask to sit in Mia section at Hilo this app, so nice to call her Bebe n she calls me aunty, got to know her for over a year. She is amazing, knows my likes n specials n she memorize everyone’s orders without a blink of an eye…always correct. She is loving, kind, caring…treats me like family that warms my heart. Even staff at counter call me aunty n always willing to place my orders in bag so I don’t have to struggle being a Kupuna…Mahalo Hilo this app 🙏💝🌺

Every time my family and I come to Wahiawā Zippy’s we always get sat with, Teri. She’s the absolute best! She’s always so welcoming and her service exceptional. Thank you, Teri for always taking care of me and my Ohana.
