App not loading just shows Zippys name and spinning circle but no loading.

Had problems with Zippy's app on my iPhone. Ended up by deleting the app and then installing it again. Tried logging in, didn't recognize my password. Tried changing it. Did. Checked the account, and stupid me decided to fill in the phone number because it was blank. Wouldn't accept it since it was already taken! Reported this via email to Zippy's about 5 days or so ago. No response.
