Had problems with Zippy's app on my iPhone. Ended up by deleting the app and then installing it again. Tried logging in, didn't recognize my password. Tried changing it. Did. Checked the account, and stupid me decided to fill in the phone number because it was blank. Wouldn't accept it since it was already taken! Reported this via email to Zippy's about 5 days or so ago. No response.

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Zippy's app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Zippy's.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Zippy's » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
