Does not have full menu. Also when ordering family meal, you can’t order more than 1 of each side. For example, you get 3 sides so you have to order 3 DIFFERENT sides. Instead of 2 rice and 1 fries, or 3 fries etc.

I ordered way ahead to get the food early but when you get to the store you still have to wait for 8 minutes… what is the point of Jollibee

I ordered this app and had it delivered. The Large Fries were missing. I tried to find support to let them know the fries didn’t come. There is no online support. It says to call or talk to the local store. I called the store and there is no answer. The only way to get the fries r a refund is to go to the store in Person. It defeats the purpose of why I wanted everything delivered in the 1st place!

You cannot order chicken strips or extra gravy unless it’s part of a family deal.

There are two 10 pc + 3 sides deals, that are almost exactly the same, except in one you order sides via a pick 3 list and another through 3 separate pick 1 lists. The pick 3 doesn’t let you order extra gravy, and the pick 1 doesn’t let you order fries.

I wouldn’t be this critical if they allowed ordering in store for take-out. But forcing us to use their new app when its this broken is ridiculous.

I ordered food through Jollibee when I arrived at the restaurant…the manager told me they had canceled my order & that my card would not be charged; a day later my card was charged for a meal I never received.

It only has original. I had to call to place my order.

Please add an option to order spicy chicken!

When it comes to food delivery - the menu has to be spot on. App and location menu doesn’t line up (I’ve been to the location many times)

Any discount/coupon would be good too

Please update Jollibee, I always have to call the delivery to double check the address. Everytime I plug in my address it sets it in another location. Please fix this…

You can’t order spicy through Jollibee or online. Very frustrating.

Hopefully there will be a choice whether you want spicy chicken or not and a “Special Instructions” box. If you order using Jollibee , you can only order the regular chicken and not spicy.

Easy to use and making things a lot easier for us to navigate. Smoother than the web for sure. You definitely have to use Jollibee and stay away from the long lines. ✌🏽

Nice to be able to order my Chicken Joy and spaghetti fix with Jollibee. Saves me
time when picking up in store.

It will be nice if they can offer coupons/discounts and rewards to compete with other food chain apps in the near future.

Love the food. Especially the spaghetti and chicken joy. I miss the breakfast meals. Overall, my daughter and I loves jolibee....

Quite a quick download and easy to use. Saves me time from opening my browser or calling my local store. I apparently save on delivery fees too vs ordering via DoorDash.😀
