kiwi wont let me change the country. everytime i do it doesnt let me type in my number.

Hey, i can no longer log in because it doesn’t send a code message to my number. It doesn’t even get to the point where I actually have to enter the code. Is it a bug?

I cant verify the code because it wasnt sent to my number.

I cant sign up, ive tried multiple different verification codes thats been sent to mt number but it says "failed to verify token".

How to fix Kiwi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kiwi app on iPhone
Update Kiwi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kiwi iPhone app

To resolve Kiwi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Kiwi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Kiwi app issues:

Force Stop the Kiwi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Kiwi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Kiwi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kiwi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Kiwi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Kiwi.

Fix Kiwi unable to contact server/ Kiwi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Kiwi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Kiwi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Kiwi on android.
