This is the message I get every time I try to catch or download music Cannot play this movie, the link is probably broken. If problem persists for all videos, please close app and open again. It should solve the problem.

Whenever I go to listen to music offline it sits on the loading screen and does not ever end up loading! Are there any additional costs that I am unaware of? If not please tell me how to fix it, thankyou.
