How to fix Player GR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Player GR app on iPhone
Update Player GR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Player GR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Player GR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Player GR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Player GR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Player GR App
1. On android, goto Settings » Player GR » click [Force Stop]

Update Player GR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Player GR App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Player GR » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Player GR.

Fix Player GR unable to contact server/ Player GR internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Player GR » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Player GR » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Player GR
