Cannot get character picture for guest
The app is force closing on me.
I have re-loaded the app on my iphone several times and also re-booted my phone. The my experience does not show my plans, tips, ETC, my experience works fine on my computer buy do not plan on lugging that around at the park.
Got a new phone and had to re log into app but it keeps bringing me to my settings and wont let me open the app or log in. Everything in the settings is turned on so i’m not sure what it’s asking me to do.
The my disney experience page for paying off packages is down and it is extremely frustrating as it has been down for months now. Although there is a phone number to call, it is extremely difficult to find time to call it.

Since the June 2022 update the Wait Time "show list" is not listing Wait Times.
Can’t book anything until 7:02 am eastern and by 7:02 guardians queue is closed and ratatouille has no more lightening lane options. Same issue with booking hoop de do. On may 26 at 7 am eastern I tried to book - nothing available. What gives?
Android app ,my disney experience, did not update theme park reservations in my future plans menu,others that i am linked to who have apple ios updates fine,logged on to disney website and my park reservations are there.reinstalled app and it did not fix the problem.please advise.
