4 months agoDear Helium Network, I am writing to ask about my IOT transfer transaction which took place on Dec 8 2023. I transferred an IOT coin (115519.512141 IOT) from my Helium wallet to my HNT deposit address (93U4wpFFy17s7KcbP5dZvReNz6aoHWUeKiHZt6Jn49y9) on KuCoin exchange, and the transaction result showed "Success", But, unfortunately, I have not received the amount yet. 5 months agoDear Helium Network, I am using the Black Helium Wallet I transferred my HNT + my IOT to coinbase yesterday. Both transactions have the status " Succes". Only the HNT got transfered.. my IOT dint. While both the HNT and IOT are no longer in my wallet. Pls help. I have all the detailed information. I have all the detailed information if needed. 8 months agoI used ledger to track my helium HNT tokens on the app. It is the black helium wallet app. When I click on the account, there is no way for me to transfer my tokens. I get the message private key not found. Since I used ledger to unlock my tokens, I had tried my 12 word HNT private key, 24 word HNT private key and even my ledger 24 word private key and it is not unlocked. I think there is something wrong with the app. Do you have any thoughts that may help? Thanks

The App will not let me import my existing Helium Wallet from the Old Helium Wallet App. My 12 word phrase is correct but once entered the App freezes on the next page. Any help?

Such a DOWNGRADE
Where do I start? Laggy interface? Horrible swapping options? Lacking data regarding hotspot location and earnings over certain periods of time? It’s a tragedy they couldn’t carbon copy such a great thing they had going with the original app, it was fun and easy to use. Now, now I despise opening this app. Do us hotspot owners have much of a choice? Nope. Gotta use it. I hope they listen to us and remake this app as the original helium app interface with maps and earnings. I can’t believe how much of a disservice and disappointment this new app is. I honestly have nothing good to say other than they haven’t lost my wallet. Nothing we can do expect speak our minds at this point.

Don’t bother mining HNT if you’re considering it. Unplug them!
We’re making pennies a day, the app just makes your iot disappear when you claim the rewards and worse off you have to navigate a discord page to find out how to get your tokens. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to my worse enemies and I’m unplugging as soon as my issue is resolved. I’m now anti Helium.
