Dear Helium Network, I am writing to ask about my IOT transfer transaction which took place on Dec 8 2023. I transferred an IOT coin (115519.512141 IOT) from my Helium wallet to my HNT deposit address (93U4wpFFy17s7KcbP5dZvReNz6aoHWUeKiHZt6Jn49y9) on KuCoin exchange, and the transaction result showed "Success", But, unfortunately, I have not received the amount yet. Dear Helium Network, I am using the Black Helium Wallet I transferred my HNT + my IOT to coinbase yesterday. Both transactions have the status " Succes". Only the HNT got transfered.. my IOT dint. While both the HNT and IOT are no longer in my wallet. Pls help. I have all the detailed information. I have all the detailed information if needed. Kind Regard, Bjorn
I used ledger to track my helium HNT tokens on the app. It is the black helium wallet app. When I click on the account, there is no way for me to transfer my tokens. I get the message private key not found. Since I used ledger to unlock my tokens, I had tried my 12 word HNT private key, 24 word HNT private key and even my ledger 24 word private key and it is not unlocked. I think there is something wrong with the app. Do you have any thoughts that may help? Thanks

Since the Solana migration I can’t see any data from all of my miners. They all still show green lights. I haven’t seen anything in a few weeks. Im just hoping this is all resolved and was more simple like the original app.

This new wallet app has less functionality than previous app, is slower, more buggy and they made the token price go to nothing. Helium really messed up their network.
