Don’t waste your time. Even if you set it up, HeliumWallet will ALWAYS remove your wallet and you will either need to pair your ledger or enter your 12-24 word SEEDPHRASE. ALL THE TIME.
And when trying to enter your seedphrase EVERY “1” character, you will be BOMBARDED with “do you want to allow paste from clipboard” EVERY-FN-TIME.
Don’t bother with HeliumWallet, give it another year or so. Maybe even don’t give it a chance.

HeliumWallet before we were forced to switch was actually worth it however, the Helium wallet app is absolute garbage. We used to have a way to see our hotspots on the grid see how performance was in our hotspot would automatically collect and hold onto all rewards without needing to be claimed to a wallet. Now you have to login just to claim your rewards, which I feel have degraded seriously. Are used to only make a couple of bucks a month. Now I’m surprised if I make a dollar, even though the market has pretty much crashed on HNT the new app feels like I’m barely getting fractions of a token. Along with a leggie user interface no transparency around location or grid, horrible, transfers, and all-around poor performance, just bring back the old app.

This new wallet app has less functionality than previous app, is slower, more buggy and they made the token price go to nothing. Helium really messed up their network.

After the migration I logged back into my HNT Helium Wallet app and all my coins are gone. It shows no data. I have tried everything, I had it linked to ledger and used the Helium-Solana migration and still nothing. Very upsetting.

Since the Solana migration I can’t see any data from all of my miners. They all still show green lights. I haven’t seen anything in a few weeks. Im just hoping this is all resolved and was more simple like the original app.

Unfortunately the spirit of the project is gone. The leadership has no focus on their product and only focus on getting more people to buy hardware. What was once a great idea has turned out to be an MLM. The 5G network is garbage, they block people who criticize them on discord. Now that they are out of money the are pushing a new wifi hotspot for future release. Nobody uses it, the only revenue is from more people signing up and buy hardware. We’ve seen this Ponzi business model plenty of times before. RIP Helium.

My rewards will not transfer to my wallet on iPhone this has been an issue over a month now . Updated multiple times and deleted and reinstalled still having the same issue

I regretted joining this failure project, it was good start and bright future but they didn’t care about their customers, they only care about making new hardware mining trash machine to make more money, HeliumWallet is terrible, I have 42 HNT( that’s from 3 years mining with their trash bobcat miner) and it shows 42HNT=0$ 😏.

I keep getting an alert every time I open my Helium app (the original) to have an update and and that MIGRATION REQUIRED. But I can’t even create an account in this so-called wallet! The screen freezes for so long on every page just to get up to 3 words! Very frustrating and disappointing!

Tried sending HNT to multiple addresses and app stops after I slide the bar over. App still functioning just doesn’t sent HNT. Everything has been migrated over and running latest version of the black app.

Contrary to some of the other user reviews, I have not had any issues with HeliumWallet up until now. While going to the conversion section in HeliumWallet to convert from one crypto to another I selected HNT to convert over to mobile, instead, HNT was converted to DC. Extremely disappointing. I tried to process one more time just to make sure that I was doing it correctly and yes the conversion still defaults to DC even after selecting mobile and there’s no conversion to go back.

HeliumWallet is essentially non functional. The old system would pay you HNT directly into your wallet. This garbage app makes you ‘claim your collectibles’ manually, and my last 50 attempts to transfer IOT to my wallet doesn’t actually transfer anything. You idiots took Helium to the solana blockchain and apparently just broke everything.

After we lost alot of money buying this trash hotspots, and after the daily rewards became pennies, now you have to login to this trash app and collect the rewards as its thousands of dollars, and lately HeliumWallet is lagging and soon I press the collect it’s just exits HeliumWallet ,
Its all trash, the whole helium project is trash, I wish I never got into this waste of money project.

We’re making pennies a day, HeliumWallet just makes your iot disappear when you claim the rewards and worse off you have to navigate a discord page to find out how to get your tokens.

I wouldn’t recommend this experience to my worse enemies and I’m unplugging as soon as my issue is resolved. I’m now anti Helium.

Where do I start? Laggy interface? Horrible swapping options? Lacking data regarding hotspot location and earnings over certain periods of time? It’s a tragedy they couldn’t carbon copy such a great thing they had going with the original app, it was fun and easy to use. Now, now I despise opening HeliumWallet. Do us hotspot owners have much of a choice? Nope. Gotta use it. I hope they listen to us and remake HeliumWallet as the original helium app interface with maps and earnings. I can’t believe how much of a disservice and disappointment this new app is. I honestly have nothing good to say other than they haven’t lost my wallet. Nothing we can do expect speak our minds at this point.

App shows coin total but shows $0 balance
Last weekend it wasn’t able to send funds with the error “unable to simulate”
Now it doesn’t even give the option to transfer funds out as coin balances aren’t registering as $ value.
Do not send funds to this wallet until these issues are resolved.

At most with HeliumWallet you can send your crypto with a fair amount of ease. Finding your miners and placing them on the map is a nice touch; However when it comes to getting crypto transferred to you HeliumWallet is far from a normal crypto wallet. You must have someone else with a helium wallet give you crypto. And if you run out of Solona on this platform forget about getting what you’re mining you can’t redeem it anyway! Now that people are running out of their initial allotment of .002 Solona these people so “generously” shilled out there’s no easy way of getting solona on HeliumWallet. Fix it. The voting system is a joke, everyone can vote with money acting as the votes. More money = more votes classic! 🤡 HeliumWallet is the embodiment of clown world, but crypto themed, it’s disappointing to say the least.

HeliumWallet will not let me import my existing Helium Wallet from the Old Helium Wallet App. My 12 word phrase is correct but once entered HeliumWallet freezes on the next page. Any help?

Won’t let me add rewards to my account. I’ve been trying for weeks but come back with fail to run txs message.

Running 1.5.3. On iPhone 13. Dollar amount shown on the main page is correct however the HNT= value appears to be stuck at $1.78. Additionally, the graph is not current, only going up to the end of Dec 2022. It’s been this way since installing and migration in Dec.

Hey iSO team please allow the latest version to be approved for iOS so is Hotspotters can utilize the Helium Wallet and App to its full potential. So many issues with DAO known bugs/issues. Unable to stake for Landslide.

Buggy since Solana upgrade, crashes when trying to view history. No updates to address issue yet.

HeliumWallet constantly freezes. The back arrow does not work anywhere in HeliumWallet . That means you have to close HeliumWallet and start over every time you want to go back.

My friends who have androids see the price for their mobile and IoT. Me, with an iPhone, am still seeing in genesis. Will there be a better update for iOS users? I’d like to see accurate amounts in my wallet.

Price is never accurate. Also, how can I monitor multiple locations and mapping - like the last old app ? I prefer the Old one !

Balances sometimes take a while to update but otherwise HeliumWallet is usable. You can always kill and restart HeliumWallet if needed to force an update, or go to activity and it’ll show the latest transactions. It also doesn’t show USDC in your wallet but if you add your wallet to a different app USDC should show up. The twelve words didn’t work to add my wallet to another app but the private key did so there may be an issue with the 12 words as well.

Note that if you get the issue I had below then make sure you have enough solana in your account to cover the transaction fee. When I sent solana to my wallet that resolved the issue.

When I try to trade on Jupiter using the in app browser it says connecting and shows I’ve given permission but the permissions pane never goes away and there is only a cancel button

Although I have been new in the crypto market for the past three years I am active with nova labs, and the Solana Blockchain. HeliumWallet works beautifully without any complications on my iPhone 15 keep in mind that applications are only as good as the users ability to maintain the updated application. I have found multiple uses for the wallet lately, including access to tokens that I was previously unable to purchase through United States exchanges. That could all change coming on Monday when there may be a new listing on the largest US exchange. Highly suggest getting HeliumWallet now before it’s too late.

This has been a nice looking and feeling app from the start, but bugs have in the past caused major issues with functionality on a fundamental level.

The great news, however is the devs are standup individuals and fix the big bugs. Fairly quickly in my observation so far.

This is a great app for managing Helium Network tokens. They’ve done a great job of making it easy to lock tokens, swap them for others, or voting for governance issues in their app.

I have a great experience with HeliumWallet , don’t know what other people are talking about. Everything has been fine for me for simple things, even utilizing the web browser and connecting my Wallet works as expected. I claim my rewards from my hotspots with no issues.

Helium swapped their block chain to “$SOL” - Solana, they’ve been through a complete migration! After migration, Helium offers: HNT - IOT & MOBILE I switched my cellphone to Helium 5G network. It’s been 16 days and I’ve so far made $68 - 20k “MOBILE” reward coins, imagine if I would have had the new 5G Mobile hotspot, making 4-5K mobile points daily. If you want to “mine” it would be smart to upgrade your equipment to support the IOT & new 5G Mobile Network. Investors failed to migrate their wallets & then wonder why they have “no balance”… Still using outdated miners, mining only $HNT & wonder why they are making Pennie’s a day. Stop being cheap and upgrade your software and equipment and mine IOT & MOBILE.

Impressive look and feel to this, and a lot of functionality. Really like it! Being able to manage my hotspots, stake my HNT, and seamlessly swap HNT into any other Solana token is really nice. Highly recommend.

Works with apple products

Everything is great about this wallet, just needs full ledger support (apparently you can’t cash out of a ledger account yet) then it will be perfect!

I’m using HeliumWallet for a couple of months now. Great experience and have had no problems.
