I have a problem with Noveltime

User reports:
No current problems

- Wish you could see if the book is complete or if it is continually being updated

- Every time I try to get my rewards it says request time out or system error

- When I try to read more of the story it’s saying the same thing

- Terrible bugs

- Chapters are still a bit short

It’s always having connection issues even when I have a good network connection. It keeps showing retry.

To resolve Noveltime network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Noveltime App
1. On android, goto Settings » Noveltime » click [Force Stop]

Clear Noveltime App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Noveltime » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Noveltime.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Noveltime » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Noveltime » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Noveltime
