How to fix Booky Call app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Booky Call app on iPhone
Update Booky Call app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Booky Call iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Booky Call on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Booky Call network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Booky Call not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Booky Call App
1. On android, goto Settings » Booky Call » click [Force Stop]

Update Booky Call to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Booky Call App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Booky Call » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Booky Call.

Fix Booky Call unable to contact server/ Booky Call internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Booky Call » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Booky Call » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Booky Call
