How to fix Threads app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Threads app on iPhone
Update Threads app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Threads iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Threads network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Threads app issues:

Force Stop the Threads App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Threads app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Threads to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Threads App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Threads app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Threads.

Fix Threads unable to contact server/ Threads internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Threads » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Threads » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Threads on android.
