when I open the app, I get the welcome screen, but its oversized and I cant click anything but the ‘please enter name’ box

hi i was trying to get in to the website and it is not loading for me idk if it a bug yet still works on my app on my phone pls help

The app isn’t a problem, getting into it is. I can’t use it because the verification email won’t go through. Even after resending multiple times

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ShinyHunt app issues:

Force Stop the ShinyHunt App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ShinyHunt app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ShinyHunt to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ShinyHunt App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ShinyHunt app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ShinyHunt.

Fix ShinyHunt unable to contact server/ ShinyHunt internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ShinyHunt » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ShinyHunt » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
