it was a great app while i could use it. it recently changed to 17+ and i can no longer use FunPrint . i have the printer but cannot use FunPrint because of the outrageous age setting. i (age fifteen) have restriction on my phone where i cannot download apps that are listed as 17+. the printer itself was a complete waste of money as i can no longer use it. i did very much enjoy the product before FunPrint was age restricted. please change the age back to 12+ rather than 17+!!!!!!!!

when I first originally downloaded FunPrint , I was able to access the Fun Print button, which is the biggest button in the middle of the screen, but after connecting it to Bluetooth, I can no longer access all the Fun Print button options. I’m unable to print pictures I have deleted and re-downloaded FunPrint and still it doesn’t go past the connected device page. My bluetooth is connected. Is anyone else having this problem. For me the device is useless, as the main reason for purchase was to print previous photos I have taken.

printer it self cam with paper too big for it and when ever the printer is connected it says their is no paper to print

FunPrint isn’t working again for me. This time it’s the “text” open to make larger labels. The screen is too large for my iPhone and my iPad, so I can’t select any of the options. This is preventing me from using my printer because the sole reason I bought it was to print labels for happy mail. PLEASE fix it.

It worked for a few weeks but now crashes as soon as I turn the printer on. Cannot use. No update from vendor app. Don’t use until they patch

This terrible app is on most of the current generic thermal pocket printers! It does not have a graphic editing feature!! Many other apps do but not this one! Instead you must go to your camera roll and then back into FunPrint . Other apps allow taking and editing the photos in app. There is not convenient way to add text and an image. It is a real frustration if you are used to having a graphic editing feature where you could take a picture and add text. I absolutely can’t stand it and have returned 2 printers and now after searching for a printer that has one of the apps that work the way I like. I have been duped twice more by sellers who misrepresent FunPrint and I still end up with fun print. So now we are up to 4 useless devices. Fun Print also crashes often. Such a waste of time!

Okay so I got this mini printer for my birthday it's white and it's a cat but I tried a while ago and it only printed the top of an image and then just did not print anything. I won't print anything and I can't use it because it says to connect it to Bluetooth but it won't let my connect it. I hope I can either fix it or get a different one.

Can’t figure out how to save anything? Designs are VERY limited unless you make your own. Talk to text doesn’t work? Very disappointed

I bought the printer off Amazon. When I received it i printed one thing then set it down for later. Later i went to use it and it would only print half of the photo/text. Do not buy the printer.

Maybe even 10 stars but right now there are stupid things wrong with FunPrint . For instance, the yellow “Print” button is almost entirely off the screen for text on my iPhone! Makes it difficult to use the printer to print text. I purchased it for journaling primarily so this is a big problem. Photos don’t have this problem. Still need to test other options. Instructions/help are almost nonexistent.

FunPrint is soo close but if they only had the english text content for all menus and prompts proofread, the user experience would go up a lot better.

Also, some labels don’t eject a bottom margins so the label gets cut off right where it stopped printing unless you drag it out of the printer manually which feels like a bug.

If these two things were fixed, I’d add at least two stars. Everything else about the product.. the hardware, branding, and package design feel high quality. But because FunPrint falls a bit short, the whole user experience sufferers. These things should be totally fixable.

When purchasing a pocket printer such as this one, for a very low price, one can expect there will be a few hiccups. Usually the language translation is the first one. With this printer, I didn’t have that problem. The translation was done well enough and instructions were in English and easy to understand, if you can ignore a few mild grammatical errors. The printer connected to my Bluetooth (iOS) on the first try, and I printed a small stock image from FunPrint on the regular paper without any issue. I then attempted to print a sticker. No problems with the functionality of the printing process, but to edit the size, shape, opacity or translucency was near impossible. It does give you an option to adjust the depth of the photo to shallow, moderate, or deepen; but after printing 3 of the same photos adjusting this setting each time- I saw no change. I also was unable to swipe the rest of the editing menu up, to use more options, as it shows in the instructions (printing quantity.)
The model I purchased only prints in black and white, which was made clear when purchasing. I do believe they have one that prints color but I could be wrong. The stickers are extremely difficult to remove from the backing paper, which at first proved to be quite a setback. After a few trial and error runs, I discovered if I used a safety pin or pocket knife, I could make a small incision at the corner through both the sticker and backing and from there can peel it much more easily. It’s just a matter of getting it started.
Overall, it is a good, functional printer, with simple/limited capabilities if you’re looking to only print simple labels, basic text receipts or to/do lists, shopping lists, etc.
However, if you are trying to print shipping labels, detailed stickers for retail use or home decor/decals, documents with lots of text, or images with great graphics, this is not for you.
I purchased this printer to be able to price items at a small local craft fair, where I am a vendor. I also use it to print receipts when requested, and it has held up well to these simple tasks thus far.
I think if the developers were able to have a person on their team who spoke English as a first language, they could easily come together to understand how and where the interface is lacking for the user, and could really take this small, affordable, albeit simple device much further, and dominate the market.
So taking the pros with the cons, I give FunPrint and printer combo 2 stars, with high hopes that they will become more user friendly over time, at which time I will be glade to update my review!

After a while it would not print at all the paper would come out blank and it was annoying

I just got this last night. I am having a lot of trouble getting it to connect to my blue tooth. I can work with that. My biggest disappointment is that I guess I didn’t see that this is meant for children. Most of the art is juvenile. Not things I would use. I may return it for a grownup version of the same kind of equipment.

The ink will not come out on the paper and I don’t know why it’s been sitting in my room all day and nobody has touched and it was working fine before I left the house please explain

There seems to only be one generic font and no other options like scripts and block fonts. There also needs to be a function where you can just free draw not just take a photo of the drawing.

FunPrint could use work. A lot of the graphics are strange and not something anyone would want to use. Also needs more border options and a way to make return address labels for packages.

The printer, works great. There is no problem with it. The prints are very nice and it works well. FunPrint though, could have some improvement. It’s glitchy, the translation can sometimes mess me up, and sometimes FunPrint won’t even load.

The only problem I have with it is that it doesn’t printer in color, but that’s ok cause it is still useful for things like notes, documents, and other. It’s really easy to figure out and get the hang of, it comes with 10 rolls of paper so you get lots of uses out of it, and it’s just really fun and convenient to use!

FunPrint must be used to print with the thermal printer. It prints in black or grayscale but you can find blue line thermal paper to print blue instead of black, or there are colored papers for black lines on pink or blue background. I love printing photos, slips, and banners. My one point of criticism is that the privacy and service agreements in FunPrint do not display correctly and seem to be only in Chinese, not localized into English. Overall I love the printer and FunPrint is working without causing any trouble on my phone. Thank you!

Picture selection so you can print multiple different pictures at a time instead of going back and forth between the whole process for each individual photo. Its really time consuming and tedious having to redo the whole process for each picture when you want to print a few at a time that’s why I haven’t used it as much

The printer itself is pretty good, but FunPrint could use some updating. It needs a function where you can calculate prices and print receipts or at least be able to use the printer with other apps that already exists for this function. The images in FunPrint are cute and print well.

Sorry for a 4 star review. I wouldn’t say it’s too good to be true, or perfect. It’s pretty good it works as its told. FunPrint has a bunch of different images and labels. The images turn out great at the end. And yeah black and white. I like that u can darken the blacks and whites a little. The printer doesn’t need ink, so no need for ink refills. Just paper refills. The box with the printer came with sticker sheets. I would recommend this to families. when u buy the printer u have to use FunPrint . The printer doesn’t work without FunPrint . Ok! This is a neat little product. I’m using it to create labels for my classroom supplies, make little notes for kids, etc. I would like to have a way to change the font style.

It works but the problem I have with it is that when you try to print something out it doesn’t show in color and that upsetting so😐😐

So when I try to print out photos from my camera roll they with print but they will be all glitchy and blurry and they don’t really show up so I am confused…

Please update. I can’t sign in anymore or print anything. FunPrint is amazing and has potential I haven’t even used all the features yet but so far just using the print picture option it was close to perfect. I’d hate to see FunPrint fail before it even had a chance to get big. Thank you

Photo printing is not great but I love the todos and other things! So many options! It’s so easy and fun I recommend if you want your little labels! I do t think it deserves the hate but

All FunPrint does is send data via Bluetooth to your pocket printer. If you are having issues printing the problem is with your printer itself not the application.

I don’t know if there is anymore products but I used my mini printer and it is the best non ink printer I’ve ever seen. FunPrint explains it very nicely. You can navigate FunPrint easily and it works amazing. I recommend this even too the younger kids it is super easy to use. My pictures turned out almost completely perfect. The only thing I have to say is yes the printer is black and white which I did expect. Just take note about that if it’s for your kids or someone wanting one with color. I recommend this product it’s great for school and anything really.

I like how it works without using ink so it can be much easier to print out, but I do wish it had a color option also and not just the gray color only. I do also love how it came with markers so I am able to print coloring pages and use those markers to color in. I like the diverse options in FunPrint but I feel like it’s missing something like having color in specific images.

Not sure why it has 3.5 stars as of this review, it works great and has a bunch of cool features. Maybe past issues have been resolved but works great now.

This printer works perfect and is so easy for printing diagrams, charts and daily notes that I use throughout my day. The printer is ink less so all you have to do is refill the paper, which they give you 10 rolls of. This is life changing!

I got this little printer here so I can print out pictures for almost free. After you pay for the printer ofc! 🤗
I got it a few weeks ago and at first I was a little confused on how to work it but now I’m printing things out on the go and it is as easy as it can be! Highly recommend getting this version instead or the Chinese one I got both and the Chinese version was just to much for me. So I got this one! Works well but only prints out black and white on white rolls. But in the blue roll it can print out blue pictures too. But other than that no complaints. Just make sure to hit the button twice to print out the Chinese version. Alrt bye guys!!! 😁

My dear brother, the printer is excellent, but it is missing some things, such as centering the text and centering it on the right side, and also the icon for making the font bold and then italic. I ask you to add it to the printer.

Shipping labels coulfnt be easier no more monthly subscriptions to hp or instant ink them crooks my post man gunna have to get use to small labels n hopefully his label gun will work reading such small lsbels but this was last ditxh effort to save more n more money every month see how far it gets me guys ill lrt yall know in future but for kids my son loves ut its fun like FunPrint name sure is NEEDS MORE DRAGONBALL OR DRAGONBALL Z STUFF GUYS JEEZ

So I think FunPrint is good. I’m able to print things easily. It is also fun to look at all the pictures or take pictures of yourself and print them on the mini printer. Just one thing. A few times it wouldn’t let me print or the photo wouldn’t show up and print. I think overall it’s a fun app.
