How to fix Permission Slip app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Permission Slip app on iPhone
Update Permission Slip app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Permission Slip iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Permission Slip on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Permission Slip network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Permission Slip Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Permission Slip not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Permission Slip App
1. On android, goto Settings » Permission Slip » click [Force Stop]

Update Permission Slip to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Permission Slip App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Permission Slip » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Permission Slip.

Fix Permission Slip unable to contact server/ Permission Slip internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Permission Slip » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Permission Slip » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Permission Slip
