F1 TV Status

Geen live tv op de android. Op de laptop continue bevriezend beeld. Hoe krijg ik mijn geld terug?

I need to cancel my F1 TV subscription. How do I do that? I have already given the standing instructions for auto deduct the payment. That needs to be stopped as I am not sure of how much is the subscription fee. Regards, Yamini

App works fine on my phone, but when I try to use it on my TV as the app is meant to be, it never loads races unless they are happening at the current moment. Also I cannot watch any interviews or past replays, it stays loading forever after I select the video. I am forced to cast from my phone to my tv, rendering the "F1 TV" app completely useless....

I lost the ability to fast forward or reverse.

I've logged into this app on my Android phone at it works OK but when I try to login on my Android tablet it say no subscription even though I'm logged in.

I have the F1TV app on my Samsung galaxy tab s8 and it doesn't want to update in the play store. It remains forever stuck in the 'processing' screen. I share an account with my brother, so I can watch it at home when he is not available to watch at his home..

F1 app drops out continuously.

Deleted the app from my Sony TV because I was getting the “something went wrong” message after inputting the correct password. Now, the Google Play store returns this message “F1 TV by Formula One Digital Media Linited isn’t available on Google Play on this device”. However, I had downloaded and successfully watched many races for weeks previously!!! You have lost a subscriber!

Login not accepted... Reset log in and now temporary password not accepted... Constant message "Sorry something went wrong"

Screen share not working on live streaming

Videos in F1TV app pro subscription are not loading. I’m getting error ER2504.

Audio and video do not match

App used to work flawlessly...until this year. Now I can't view live races.bi hear the audio but just get a black screen. Archived races are fine but anything live won't play. Have spent hours on hold trying to resolve this issue with F1TV..they were about as helpful as explaining the problem to the dog!

After about 10 minutes the broadcast freezes and then cuts back to the beginning into but with the current audio. I have no clue how to fix it and it only happens on my mobile app for the past few months now through numerous app updates and phone updates. I am beyond frustrated having payed $10 a month for this survive just to keep having this issue.

The F1TV app stalls when I try to open a live event. Watching recorded-events is no issue. Have been refreshing cash and re-installed app, still no luck. F1TV support also did not have a solution. I'm using a Motorola G9-play.

Hi there, I'm running version 3.0.3.1-SP55.7.1 release in Android nVidia Shield TV. When open the app on the left hand side in red there is the Home, 2022 Season, Archive.... buttons to select, but when selected pressing the enter button on my controller it doesn't do anything. Any thoughts?

Sound is gone basicly every minute for 10-15 seconds

I run F1TV app on my Xiaomi 9T pro and it cast no problem to my old samsung TV but with my new samsung tv the app crashes the Xiaomi and it restarts every time.

can't login on twitter android devices, errorcode 117. F1TV help doesn't support android devices. Works fine for the last 3 years but issues since this week.

Cant fast forward through race.... absolute trash!!!

Really frustrating keeps freezing up when I try to fast forward. Clearly I'm not the only one with this problem ...somebody do something already!
