I have been trying to get my account set up. I go through the tour, agree to the terms, put in my cell number at the verification stage and when I get the link, I keep getting Webpage not available. I have done this over and over with the same result. I think the call that the definition of insanity but I tried it just in case. Can you help me fix this.

For everyone having trouble with the app on Android: 1. Close the app (swipe away) 2. Open Settings >>> Apps >>> MS Mobile ID 3. Click on "Set as Default" 4. Make sure that "Open Supported Links" is turned on. 5. Click on "Supported Web Addresses" 6. Check both boxes. 7. Close settings and delete all text messages containing the word "idemia". 8. Open the app and proceed to re-register. It should open the link in the app, which is the way it was intended. You will have to complete the entire process again, as the company does not allow logging in again for security reasons.

When trying to verify my mobile phone it tells me the site can not be reached. It did the same thing a couple months ago. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled with the same problem

At first, MS mobile ID kept locking me out. Now, it is saying that my mobile ID is LOCKED!!! As in permanently!! I don't know what to do!! Please help

I was going to show a co-worker about the MS ID app and it wouldn't work. It sent me a link and it said "This site can't be reach" Check if there is a typo in mid.idemia.com. I've had this app for a few months and now it doesn't work.
