My daughters entire season progress up to almost SEASON 14. This is her favorite game. She is almost 5. And has grinded her progress being a CAKE up master. without me spending cent. She didnt WANT me to. She wanted to continue playing and getting it all herself. Why is her account wiped? This HAS TO BE FIXED. She's been crying over 24 hours. She went to bed crying without me knowing why. Snuggling her I then looked at her go dolliz account. WIPED. She was so shocked , upset , speechless. She fell asleep crying. And i didnt realise till i looked at the game app she was on. Yeah , first dolly bag unzipping. I am FLIPPING OUT. Dude , this needs to be fixed ; is the game or company mad she did it all herself ? Cake up MASTER , CROWN better master, didnt spend the 34.99 I didnt HAVE too. She's amazing . Then this happens ? Contact me. 705 331 3458. Or email. I actually demand this gets restored to HER exact point, outfits, crowns , SEASON, this isn't something too take lightly , its detrimentally affected my daughter. She just burts into tears when she sees the APP widget. I cant FATHOM a company taking away a little girls progress in something. All with her skills. Not dad breaking the stupid game unlocking everything and just saying * go to town sweetheart * no , she enjoyed the challenge. She was amazed at her progress. Having my wife , her step mother check out every new piece of clothing, pet , every outfit aspect and piece , not bragging. But proud of what she accomplished. I want this fixed... dramaton , this company, has taken months of hard work away from my little ava. She is traumatized. Asking over and over WHAT DID I DO WRONG DADDY. Why does my game not like me anymore. It's a mental blow to a child ? Dude it's so inhuman, this HAS too be done. ASAP, its mentally HURTING HER. AND CLEARLY PHYSICALLY WITH ALL OF HER TEARS, QUESTIONING WHETHER THE GAME DISLIKES HER , THAT IS FU**ED RIGHT UP. When something poorly or negatively affects my children, of which 3 daughters I have.
