As soon as I downloaded MaryKay and opened it it wouldn’t let me do anything else. My phone froze.
As soon as I downloaded MaryKay my phone froze and would even let me do a shut down! Please fix bugs.
My phone froze when I downloaded MaryKay . MaryKay doesn’t work. It freezes on the home screen. The buttons to select other things in MaryKay doesn’t work. Needs immediate attention, updates, fixes, etc. Consultants are promoting a non-working app.
Won’t load most screens. Can’t shop, cant see wishlist, can’t see recommendations, basically can’t do anything other than look at order of operations and past orders. Please fix.
Customers are having trouble with registering through MaryKay . All fields are filled in and correct, register button still remains greyed out and unable to complete sign up. This has happened for 3 people, and they’ve had to go through website to register with me. I tried myself to create an account and register I am getting the same issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still same issue. Please, how can I resolve this?
Is this a customer app or a consultant app? If it is for customers, it is not very user-friendly. Specifically, where does MaryKay list previous orders or re-orders?
Why would Mary Kay charge for MaryKay to be downloaded? You would think if they are about to make a sale they wouldn’t need to charge for the download?

Unable to open MaryKay since last update. Just keeps scrolling the heart like it’s trying to load.

This is a great app. I really like the order of application feature where I can figure out the order in which to use my Mary Kay skin care products. Great work!
I like how I can fill out a beauty profile and it offers recommendations based on my skin type! And, it shows me the order of application for my products. Genius!
