Customers are having trouble with registering through the app. All fields are filled in and correct, register button still remains greyed out and unable to complete sign up. This has happened for 3 people, and they’ve had to go through website to register with me. I tried myself to create an account and register I am getting the same issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still same issue. Please, how can I resolve this?

My phone froze when I downloaded the app. The app doesn’t work. It freezes on the home screen. The buttons to select other things in the app doesn’t work. Needs immediate attention, updates, fixes, etc. Consultants are promoting a non-working app.

Won’t load most screens. Can’t shop, cant see wishlist, can’t see recommendations, basically can’t do anything other than look at order of operations and past orders. Please fix.
