I downloaded Cali when it first rolled out and had no real issues besides slow loading, but it was really helpful being able to see my remaining food balance. After initially setting up my account I never had to re-sign in until about a month ago. Cali had logged me out and wasn’t accepting the password I had thought I’d used. So I went to “Forgot my password” but it only tells me that I need to enter a valid email address even though I entered it already. So that was a dead end. Now my card has been having issues in store and I can’t use Cali to figure out the problem and my WIC office is closed. Wish they would fix this problem in Cali because it seems lots of people are having the same issue with no fixes or updates.

I download the wic at when it first came out. It’s great! Easy to use. You can see everything. Couple of weeks pass by and I forgot what items I needed to buy before it expires. I login and it didn’t log me in. It didn’t save my login information. I forgot my password so I did the “forgot password” deal. I did the following and it wouldn’t let me change it. I called the wic office they said they couldn’t help so they told me to call the number on the back of my card. Called the number. No option for customer service. Apparently, wic offices are closed so I’ve been waiting for a while. Please please PLEASE update Cali so it can me logged in.

So I just recently updated Cali and suddenly I just couldn’t log in anymore like I kept on waiting but it just doesn’t log me in to the account. I’ve tried closing Cali multiple times and refreshing my phone as well as deleting Cali and downloading it again, it would keep on telling me that the session has expired and please try again after that it takes me out of Cali . It’s a little frustrating not to know the balance and I was solely depending on that app for my appointments and the location and contacts. Please fix Cali . Thank you.

I always struggle getting from the navigation to my food balance and then if I click on something on my food balance for more info it’s another long wait to get back to my food balance menu yet again. When I am grocery shopping this is very inconvenient. As of recent Cali will not load at all and now I am blind shopping which is just fabulous. Hope they get this updated. Just glad I have the option to view my balance instead of looking at checks so I’m trying to be grateful here.

It’s a shame that Cali has so many bugs. I am constantly encouraged to use the WIC app but it’s not even usable!

I tried to register after downloading Cali and the part to enter the cardholders birthday is not working. It only lets you select January, February, March, or April as the birthday. If you select any other month it jumps back to April. That’s ridiculous. How hard is it to make an app that functions appropriately? Forget how useful it may or may not be, I can’t even register to use Cali !

Also, the last update is listed as more than a year ago. CDHP should consider updating Cali with bug fixes more frequently.

Cali takes really long to load. I make sure all my apps are up to date on my iPhone, but when using Cali even after updating it, it kicks me out of Cali as soon as I touch it. Making it all impossible for me to check my food balance, coming up appointments, and more. It’s also close to impossible to get help from WIC or tech support when this happens. It’s very frustrating.

Cali really needs to be fixed! What a disappointment! I downloaded and registered my account things seemed fine for 3 months of using Cali and then it stoped allowing me to login, kicking me out before Cali can even open. So after 6 months of not using Cali I tried to log back in and still has the same issues. Cali was such a useful tool and time saver but now it never works. I even tried registering again and it just kicks me out. Please fix these issues.

I normally would just login because I had Cali save my password. Recently I tried to log in and all of a sudden it wasn’t saved anymore. I have a set of passwords I used and none of them worked. So, of course I tried to reset it and it just tells me “failure to reset”. What did work is me reregistering on Cali . The same balance I had before Cali went wacko was still there.

A month after I got it it keep saying I didn’t have an account. Would let me make a new one either cuz there was an existing account already. Had to keep calling to get back in. Till one day when they couldn’t even fix it. Had to set up a whole new email account.
Also my benefits zero out for no reason and then reappear only to disappear again.

That app hasn’t been to open , it just stays with the staring logo and I’m confused ! It’s been 2 weeks already and still no getting in Cali and checking my balance which Cali is very handy and love the fact that it remote !! Please fix issue !

I read the reviews months ago when I first got WIC, and then after downloading Cali it worked fine . I thought the reviewers must just not know how to log in or something . Fast forward about a month later and I can’t log in with my saved password that always worked up until this point . I tried resetting the password and it does nothing . Cali is basically useless to me , now . It won’t sign on no matter what I do . Deleting .

Great to keep track of what is left to get. There are a few things can be improve. 1. (Login) Even though the information and password was kept in record it should be login once clicked in or use face recognition. 2. (UPC Scan) once it scans an item it doesn’t have a bottom to go back or cancel. Overall, Cali is great!

I had no issues using Cali when I first downloaded it, a few months ago. It would occasionally kick me out but I’d log back in no problem. Ever since updating Cali a couple days ago, I can’t use Cali . Cali will open but immediately closes. When it works, it’s super useful but now I won’t be able to check my balance.

My app worked fine for the first few months after I downloaded it but it hasn’t loaded or open at all in the past month! I really wish it would work because it’s so much easier to use than having to ask the cashier to print out the balance before shopping.

When I first downloaded Cali it worked great - then all of sudden there was an update and ever since then my password is not correct supposedly- tried resetting and that didnt work either, called WIC they dont know either they referred me to call number on card also useless! So since then I have not been able to go in Cali check my balances or anything! Please fix this!

No help at the offices nor app- we need something that works!

Not only does Cali kick me out all the time, it also doesn’t let me log in sometimes. I’ve had to delete Cali and re-download it a handful of times because it just keeps closing out by itself. It’s kind of upsetting that Cali has so many bugs and glitches. Annoying, yes. But when it does decide to work, it’s actually very useful.

In the stores and at home I just cannot get Cali to open! It takes too long to load and sometimes it never does. Sometimes it says “no host available” or something like that. More often than not, you cannot use it at all… the functionality of it is fine but lately I can’t even get it to open. Even closing it and trying again, it isn’t working.

Cali needs some work. It constantly gives me an error saying there is not internet to connect to, while having full bars, phone internet and wifi connection.

Also, after a couple of months it will erase your account and you have to make another one using a different email.

Disappointed with it.

The new font is ok or whatever. Cali takes a very long time to load even when my internet is connected and everything should be working just fine. I would be at the store getting my benefits and seeing what I have available but then it’s not even loading !!!! Cali needs major help

App was working great at first. Loved the scan option to see if my items were eligible as well as the ability to see why item I had left l. But for the past month I have been unable to open Cali . It stays on the main screen and then just closes down.

I love Cali so far it’s extremely convenient and very helpful I hated using the paper checks for wic , it was so confusing with Cali it gives a lot of helpful hints on what to buy and how to buy it

Very use to use better than checks and of course no folder to carry around

Just downloaded this & am not able to register... for some reason it closes out when I am selecting my birthdate. Please fix this I think Cali will be super helpful for me.

Hello, I look forward in using Cali for WIC but I cannot get through the registration because I am unable to input or choose the date of my birth. Will this issue be looked into?

Cali is so dumb, doesn’t let me register. They should have tested Cali for bugs before releasing it.

Won’t let me register, keeps sending me in a loop.
