Cardiac coherence helped me so much!

I didn’t know about cardiac coherence and read an article about it then downloaded Well. It really helps me when I feel anxious or stressed, I take 3min and do some of the exercises that Well recommend. I can’t recommend Well enough, it made a big change in my life
