I downloaded the mobile app. I cannot get into my account with the app or web browser. Both keep saying wrong information. How can you change over your system when the new sites DO NOT work? This is very frustrating,shame on you !!!!

direct express change my card from 5115 to 5332 my deposit was made on Dec 2 cant use new card , I have been calling customer service multi times a day since and keep getting "we are experiencing high volumes of calls and then it hangs up. Any Help?

With out control you’ll wish you had

With out control of your card your not guaranteed that your money will go to the new card that was issued to you by direct express and when it’s payday you’ll find out that you didn’t get paid and when you make phone calls to social security or direct express you’ll end up finding that it was sent to your old account you will feel like you were just given a black eye twice ya now have twins I don’t trust direct express cuz I’m not guaranteed that I will get my money since as of now I’ve no5 gotten any money in my new card but all my money went to my old card and I’ve been trying to get this cleared up for two weeks now and still not guaranteed With out an account number and routing number you won’t get much things accomplished that’s why I feel like I don’t have control I’d give a zero rating if there was one so my rating it’s zero for this app your better off with a regular bank account then this one trust me when this happens you’ll soon find out and when ya do hmm remember what I said with out control you’ll wish you had. Period

Customer service

I’ve been trying to contact/ call customer service for SIX straight days, starting on February 1st. I always get a message that says they have a ‘high call volume’ and then the line is disconnected. WHY not improve your service by hiring more people, (also known as ‘humans’) to handle the acknowledged call volume ? Apparently now I need to Email DE that I want to transfer funds to another bank, and need to get DE prior approval to transfer, instead of just going on the website and entering the account, routing, and amount. Last year it was simple and easy. I’ve not been able to transfer funds to my daughter; DE is making it a frustrating situation. Due to the lack of customer service and the difficulty to transfer funds, I’m sure that I’ll arrange for my direct deposit to go into another bank in the near future.😡😡😡

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, it’s like they go out of their way to make communication difficult hoping you will just give up on disputing charges. Direct Express made a debit adjustment in the exact amount of my purchase at Dollar General causing my account to be overdrawn by $5, the charge from Dollar General is still pending days later. Direct express claim they didn’t make an adjustment even though it clearly stated “direct express debit adjustment”, getting anyone to explain this has proven impossible. Debit accounts are not supposed to be able to overdraft but yet it’s happened. I feel like they just stole the money because there is nothing anyone can do to them. Avoid using this card or app... I’m switching to Bank of America
