Horrible App
This app is horrible, with the update they broke it for me. After the update it kicked me out and behaved like I had never used the app. Once I was able to enter all my information it would not recognize my PIN. I tried to reset my PIN but it would not let me because it could not authenticate my identity, the photo process always worked but the authentication fails. I’ve been emailing and calling customer service since January 19th 2022 and as of today February 8th they have not resolved my issue, all I get from the customer service reps is that there’s a process and it takes time , for me to be patient, I’m the meantime I have not been able to access my money. This people don’t know what they’re doing. CSR’s can not put me in touch with some that can help me because they themselves don’t have a way of contacting the department that can help me.

Not working
This app, start working ok to request all your information, including copy of salvadorean ID and other personal information, the $30 welcome money was applied right after, suddenly the app stop working in my iPhone 12 Pro, I’m concerned about where the personal data is stored and if shared is not clear to whom or when will be shared. I’ll try again to download it in a few more months and give it a second chance.

Disappointing
This app was such a great idea when introduced especially with the amount of Salvadoran citizen living abroad and in the country. The idea of Bitcoin as a legal tender and creating an easier method for family members living abroad to financially help their family in El Salvador sounded wonderful. However, if only it would stop having so many technical issues, security issues, and poor customer service maybe one day it could be a trusted platform.
