I am a small business owner and every opportunity I get to earn or keep a customer is important in order to grow my business, therefore I made sure I secured the exact match domain for my business. I am not near the size of your company and yet, you all don't own the exact match domain flexwallet.com? Because of this, it made trying to contact you a nightmare. I called the phone number on the flexwallet.com website and they told me that they have received 1000's of calls and emails from people trying to contact flexwallet. I can only imagine how much money that has cost you in lost opportunities.

Absolutely terrible experience

So this app did not do anything that was advertised. I was approved for an amount, went to the store. You have to submit product information through the app. I thought this wasn’t a big deal, submitted my order. Was told I would get a text to show the store. I waited for twenty minutes before I finally called after not getting anything. I was informed that I was out of luck, because order have to be processed manually, and that team doesn’t work weekends. So fast forward to Monday, still nothing, I call again. Was informed orders take 48 hours to process. I thought this was for in store purchases?! The rep had me confirm the store address, and assured me that it would be ready for pickup soon. Fast forward to today, I had to call again, after STILL not getting any information. Surprise, my order was NOT set for store pickup, it has been shipped, and should be at my address “within a week”. I literally could have wasted far less time just ordering off of their site instead of following the false expectations that this for INSTORE. I will be cancelling and returning this product immediately and going with a leasing program that let me shop directly on partner website that had my items ready for pickup in an hour.

Terrible

They don’t even take your payments on time and when they do, they do it in as many transactions as possible. They have cost me a ton in overdraft fees from taking the payment whenever they feel like. Once these items are paid off, never again. This service is ridiculous. Now they quit taking the payments on time and pull out money whenever they feel like it. Run far far away from using this service, this company has absolutely no organization skills. I have to call them every month just to make sure they took their money!! Like really? If I don’t call you, what is going to happen? You will just take it all at once from me? What is wrong with this company. Please someone answer me?

Don't waste your time or money

I had an account, found my item, submitted my order, signed and accepted the lease agreement that they sent me, got an order number and a confirmation email ; then they cancel it out and say if you want to get your item you have to sign a new contract and pay more money than what was agreed to. Total rip off, I can't believe that anyone would work with this scam of a company. Do yourself a favor and just apply for a personal loan or something though your bank If you are going to disregard my warning and use them anyway don't take the full time to pay, pay it off early, seriously don't pay over double just because you can make small payments
