3 years agoGood afternoon Edge, I exchanged a full BTC for USDC yesterday evening 23 March. The price on my Edge Wallet was $55000 ,but after the transaction was finalized I only received $ 50100.i can't understand why, while doing the transaction I only checked the transaction fee. It is impossible to charge $4100 to handle a single transaction. I didn't bother to check the amount as I surmised that the BTC price is almost the same on any exchange, please help this is outrageous,,when I tried to convert back to BTC ,the estimate was the full price as on my wallet, why would any body sell at 50 k ,and buy at 55k.there must be an error as this fee is higher than the BTC price back in March last year.

3 years agoA new account was created by you for bitcoin and no user ID was given to me. I was just advised to change my password. I do have a ticket number 164747 I made a bitcoin transaction bit scanned the wrong QR code and reported it and got a response to an email I sent saying that the ticket is being processed. I am trying to get this issue resolved so that the bitcoin I sent can be received.

Everyone beware; this part of the app will no doubt end their abilities to continue as a wallet; Moonpay will transfer funds for a long time with very high fees, then banks have their fees, then 15 months or so later they come up with some lame excuse to disallow this portion of the app which will bring about a lawsuit for all fees taken in very bad faith...Caveat Emptor- use a private app or wallet, this smells of a bad time down the road, and legally they have no footing As to their response it’s illusive too; this review is with regards to them allowing trades for over a year, taking the stated fees but in bad faith, as later they ask for things that cannot be provided therefore the original transactions will be deemed unenforceable and refundable- it’s just the law, that’s all...

I downloaded this app because I want to take money from my crapped out and go pick it up at the ATM this was back on April 17 I sent it from my coin base wallet account it was confirmed the funds have still not yet hit my edge wallet and they seem to can’t figure out where it went customer service is a joke all they do is give you the runaround on trying all the stuff that leads right back to the same conclusion the problem doesn’t get fixed if you’re in the US do not download thisUnless you want to lose your crap their money then by all means do so but if you’re like me then you can’t afford to lose any money but these people don’t care

Fix Notifications!
I love edge works great but every time I log on the only crypto value I’m able to see is BTC until I go into settings disable and exchange and reenable it. This is a really weird bug please fix! Also notifications don’t work whenever I go into notifications I get “notification error”
