This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Subisu Level Worse. They got 3 numbers in customer care contact but they don’t receive any. Plus there is issue with UI (image compatibility) in KYC making it impossible to submit.

This app is trash,all about making money.I was trying to vote and only 1 vote was free!you must be kidding me dude!As i live overseas there are no other options to vote which is sad!I feel sad that voice of nepal ditched its own app and collaborated with this trash app!!i would give 0 stars if i had a choice!

It has so many issue. It crash a lot. I try to perform 1 transaction and it crash . I couldn’t able to. I will give this app 0 if there was option. shame on you.
