Solflare - Solana Wallet Reviews

While this app’s iOS app is functional, it is a bit basic. I wish it had feature parity with comparable wallets on other blockchains. For example, though I can assign nicknames to wallets, they are not easily viewable without going to the account switcher UI, most other wallet apps give you the option to display the nickname in place of the address. Another major letdown is the activity tab. The information there is barely useful, pressing it does not open any detailed view or an explorer like solscan. Honestly activity should have its own dedicated tab and should not be buried under each individual SPL asset. One other major missing feature is an address book. There are several wallets I interact with regularly, I’d love to save their addresses in Solflare . If I’m being brutally honest, I use this app solely for the Ledger support on mobile, at the moment the other major Solana wallet’s does not work with Ledger devices on mobile

I downloaded this app about a year ago. At the time it was great. I went to go back and long on to see my money and I was unable to log back in to my account. Lucky for me I was also logged on to my IPad and from there I was able to log on. I don’t like how I wasn’t able to find a way to get on from my iPhone. Sketchy. Glad I got my money and sent it to a different wallet.

I was initially a Phantom user but heard about the progress that the this app team was making and immediately switched over. Phantom was ok but I much prefer this app.

Every transaction I’ve made has been seamless and I’ve never encountered an issue when connecting to Solana apps. The UI is simple and elegant and I can easily view all of my NFTs. That’s all I really need :-)

I like Solflare except one thing. When I type a meme coin for buying/ swapping, lots of coins come up for the same one which makes it difficult for me to make sure that I’m buying the correct one. Showing the ranking for the coin might solve this issue…

I used to use Phantom wallet a lot. New applications don’t work on it anymore. Phantom team doesn’t seem to want to prioritize making it work. After a lot of reluctance, I changed to this app and I’ve never been happier. It just works without any issues. Highly recommend this app!!

Instant transfers no delays are always on top of their exchange inquiries never put to the side like every other platform there is today. Do not hesitate to create a this app account and add all your wallet addresses to one wallet and not have to worry about having several different apps to work from. 2023 this app 🙌🏽🚀🧨

Don’t know how confident I am in the minting abilities of the browser but outside of that a couple minor hiccup when clicking connect to wallet in browser does nothing sometimes and I have to restart app. WORKS GREAT outside of those things - Phantom mobile getting too much hype like this doesn’t already do a good job and has been in market.

Very simple to understand and use for any level of experience for users. Have just started using this app as an alternative to other Solana exchanges, and would recommend this app to all my friends/family who might not be as comfortable with most other exchanges based only on how much more simpler methods to use to complete their tasks.

Been using it and have tried other major players in solana and used other chains and this app is by far the easiest and best one

Their mobile has been light years ahead for a while now too which is where I first tried it

Solflare feels modern, intuitive, and secure. Love that you can use face id to protect your funds. Love that its integrated now with many of the top dapps in the ecosystem. A thing to improve upon is possible ledger support (for the ledger nano x with bluetooth). Otherwise great app! I have done ~20 txns and every time it goes smoothly.

Never any issues with this wallet. I’ve used other wallets like Atom but after dealing with major bugs and breaches i only stick to the solana network and the this app wallet. There’s a reason you always hear about Eth missing! Why do you think that is? Solana is where it’s at !

When you’re restoring your existing wallet, and you’re met with the prompt to enter your seed phrase, it only lets you manually input each word one word at a time. My only complaint is that it should let you copy your seed phrase and paste it, rather than having to do this. Otherwise, so far so good.

I love Solflare ,but Is there any chance you guys could show a list of the staking rewards instead of just the most recent one please? I really want to know how much it makes in a month for example. Thank you!

Legit tried cashing out from my walket cannot find this token any where even tho it popped up to allow me to buy boom all my money gone becuase the website crashed and now it wont display my balance for the only coin i wanna cash out the rest are there that i am not looking to sell anyways thanks for costing me even more money this app. I legit just bought this coin 20 mins ago and now i cannot sell due to ur app profit gone time wasted…. Use krakken instead

I’ve been using other wallets so long that I take it for granted that there’ll be no other advancements. I am blown away by the quality of life additions that exist in this app and I’ve officially switched. Thank you - keep it up please!

I love Solflare, and despite being in the minority, I prefer its UI to Phantom! Simple, easy to use, and clean looking, my only issue is connectivity when on a site for a bit. I’ll have to swipe out to close Solflare , sometimes more than once, but other than that I’ll take this app any day

this app is hands-down the most comprehensive, thorough experience you will get from a solana wallet. Support for two hardware wallet vendors, and staking experience are major pluses. And the fact that it’s available on both mobile and desktop is awesome too.

My dad created a token for us to use as currency at home. We’re able to use them for things like TV, gaming, screen time, etc. perfect for tracking chores and even better for working towards a goal

This wallet allows you to burn and close accounts which isn’t a feature of Phantom.

I finally have a way to save 50% on the deposits (because that is what FFF charges).

I absolutely love the wallet it is easy to use and I think it’s gonna be in time one of the top 5 or 10 wallets out there with no problem I think the you need to diversify in the crypto business is very important. You should experience all the platforms so you can reap the benefits at all. The platforms have to offer. I’ve been in crypto for eight years now, and I learned something new almost every day I love this app wallet

I am enjoying Solflare so much! Such low fees! Swapping is easy and there aren’t large minimums needed to buy some of the coins I wanted to buy into on other platforms and couldn’t because they wanted an insane number to buy in for BOME ($100). Here I bought $25 worth of solana and was able to trade for BOME and I’m sooo happy about it! This is a new winner in my crypto wallets.

I tried to buy Solana back in November, but other wallets were all jammed up, perhaps because there was so much activity. But I have to say that this app made it quite easy to buy. I don’t know if the transaction rates are comparable to all wallets, but I’m satisfied and confident in the way this works.

Only put 5 stars so it shows. This is a scam. I used it one time. Literally transferred 200 solana from coinbase and it wasn’t even in there for a day and someone stole all of it. Trying to get in touch with anyone is impossible. Basically as soon as you put your money in their they rob you. And there’s nothing you can do. I’ll spend the rest of my life denouncing Solflare and solana over 200 bucks hope it was worth it for them.

I just created an acct and funded it after stumbling around with that, searching for Solana network coins/tokens, and finally - and successfully - made my first swap! Whew!
I’m not highly technical but I did it and that’s what counts. Okay, so a lot of these wallets and transactions require one to be both patient and determined to stumble around until ya figure it out. Maybe it’s just being new and getting used to the lay of the land. Uh, so there.
