I downloaded Edge because I want to take money from my crapped out and go pick it up at the ATM this was back on April 17 I sent it from my coin base wallet account it was confirmed the funds have still not yet hit my this app wallet and they seem to can’t figure out where it went customer service is a joke all they do is give you the runaround on trying all the stuff that leads right back to the same conclusion the problem doesn’t get fixed if you’re in the US do not download thisUnless you want to lose your crap their money then by all means do so but if you’re like me then you can’t afford to lose any money but these people don’t care

Everyone beware; this part of Edge will no doubt end their abilities to continue as a wallet; Moonpay will transfer funds for a long time with very high fees, then banks have their fees, then 15 months or so later they come up with some lame excuse to disallow this portion of Edge which will bring about a lawsuit for all fees taken in very bad faith...Caveat Emptor- use a private app or wallet, this smells of a bad time down the road, and legally they have no footing

As to their response it’s illusive too; this review is with regards to them allowing trades for over a year, taking the stated fees but in bad faith, as later they ask for things that cannot be provided therefore the original transactions will be deemed unenforceable and refundable- it’s just the law, that’s all...

I love this app works great but every time I log on the only crypto value I’m able to see is BTC until I go into settings disable and exchange and reenable it. This is a really weird bug please fix! Also notifications don’t work whenever I go into notifications I get “notification error”

Disclaimer * I’m by no means an expert with crypto or managing my “wallets”. So I’m not the best one to review the functionality of Edge and all it has to offer. However, I felt compelled to leave a review because of the excellent customer service I received when I had a problem figuring out how to receive my incoming Ether transfer I did from Top Shot. I sent an email to customer service with very little expectations of even getting a response. To my surprise I got a response in a very timely manner. I still wasn’t able to get it to work right away and had to email them a couple more times, but the their responses were very quick and helpful and I had my issue fully resolved very quickly. This was the best customer experience I’ve had in the crypto space hands down. Usually it takes weeks to even get a response from other companies and it usually just ends with them saying “sorry for your problems” but no resolution. It is a great comfort to know that they will help you figure out any issues you come across and that your money won’t be lost in thin air. Thank you this app! Well done🍻

My doge wallet isn’t updating through their app. Contacted support via email and haven’t received a response in 3 days. Thought Edge would be quick and convenient, I was wrong. Update: There was a connection issue with wallet. Wish their support had a way to get instant/quick response

I’ve used several crypto wallet apps. That I love about this one is that you are able to log into the wallet like a normal account. It’s easier to sync across devices rather than using 10-12 word pass phrases. It’s also more straightforward and easier to use than other apps.

I’m no cryptocurrency expert but I invested in Bitcoin in 2017 (best decision ever). I originally set up my account on Airbitz which became this app. There have been three times I’ve needed to communicate with them over the years and although it may take a couple hours tops for a return call they always call back quickly.

Every time I’ve spoken to an this app employee I have never felt rushed, not even for a moment. They take their time and ensure your questions have been answered or issues resolved. I wish I wrote down the names of the first two this app employees I spoke to but I didn’t and at this point those conversations were ages ago. What I CAN say is that I spoke to RJ today and he addressed every question I had for nearly an hour, and he did it with kindness and patience.

I’m a big fan of this app and would highly recommend them, especially if you’re feeling abandoned with your current exchange in your ability to speak to a human. Crypto is complicated. We should all have questions and in my experience this app will be there to answer them.

I’ve used Airbitz religiously for Bitcoin and I’m so excited to see it expand into a multi-currency wallet. this app is providing the most user-friendly way to securely store private keys. And I can’t believe how effortless it is to convert between coins. The built-in Shapeshift functionality alone makes me love this wallet.

Stays true to the ideals of decentralized, non custodial crypto management. Pretty much as simple as self custody gets, I think. And they have failsafes that you manage as well. this app can never touch your funds. It’s up to you.

This wallet has a massive variety of tokens. It’s fully functional. Useful. Easy. I thought I made a mistake once, so I emailed support and they were very helpful. Turns out the wallet worked exactly perfect and I didn’t actually mess anything up.

Edge is the greatest and easiest to use.

This is the way it is . When you are exchanging or transferring crypto to cash and not exactly sure how things work every other exchange has no customer service you can talk with when things get scratchy. But this app Wallet you can actually call them and they answer or get right back to you . By far the best wallet to exchange and cash out with . 10 out of 10 .

Works great, I really enjoy this iOS wallet for it’s ease of use and robust features. One small issue, sometimes when you log in, the dollar value of your wallet will show $0 and take up to a minute or two to calculate and show a value. I know to just wait for it to update but it isn’t always fast. I’d rather it showed my last calculated value and update from that instead of $0 (which is alarming the first time this happens).

This wallet is by far the easiest to us and the fact that it’s a mobile wallet - makes it even better. this app wallet is doing crypto a massive favor by bridging the arduous process of tracking, sending, and receiving your coins and putting them into an easy to use mobile wallet. Erc20 support only adds to this powerful wallet. Not to mention the you’re in compete control of your private keys - exactly how it should be. A+++

I previously had an Athena bitcoin wallet that I hadn’t used in a couple of years. I contacted their support about problems I was having and they advised I open an this app account. Downloaded Edge and it’s been working seamlessly. Recently purchased bitcoins through Edge and everything worked quickly.
Now if they only had the option to purchase gift cards or a debit card then it would be perfect.

This wallet has prove me security and is very reliable it gives me piece of mind I don’t have to ad any email or phone number and that is great because no one can hack me through emails or phone number
Amazing app I wish they had a hard drive bc I will definitely buy it Amazing app my first week with them I will update this if I have any other problems but so far is been amazing quick to send money quick to recibe it please don’t use coinbase worse app

This is my first time using this app. I’m new with bitcoin and after experiencing problems with my Paxful app I would definitely recommend this app over Paxful. The reason why is because it took Paxful fours days to resolve my problem due to my account being block. I had left numerous chat message and voice message to their customers service and no one was helpful. However, with this app they value their customers, return their calls as promised and resolve your issue right away. Thank you this app for your great service. Keep up the great work!!!

An easy to use wallet with several coin options including the ability to ShapeShift directly within Edge from one coin to another makes this a really good wallet. I’ve tried several other wallets but this is my favorite by far. Even more importantly though is their customer service which is exceptional. I experienced a problem with the wallet, sent them an email and within hours they jumped in to help, stayed on top of my case until it was fixed and were fantastic with their communication and support. I’m so impressed with their outreach and attention to the customer. Highly recommended!

I had small problem when I exchanged from BTC to USDC. I left message on costomer service phone number thinking nobody will call me back (as Coinbase I still have not heard back with my huge problem) but guy name Archee called me back and he was THE MOST HELPFUL person on earth. I’m a novice to cripto but he explain well so I could understand everything. He also answered so many questions had on top of relevant issue I had. He basically educated me a lot to bet up to speed. I’m so happy somebody nice like that answer the phone to solve problem and more so I’ll recommend this app to all people need of wallet.

I’ve been using this app since it first come out, and so far everything has been great. Not only is the UI very easy to use, but they support the most important coins. Now with the support of Monero, which has been severely lacking for iOS (at least a legitimate wallet), they are easily in line to becoming THE best wallet on iOS. Best of all, each coin has its own private key that you can export to any other wallet. Essentially, it’s the same as having multiple wallets in one app. There are other apps out there that have multi-coin support, but none that allow you to export each master key individually for use on another wallet.

If you haven’t given this app a try, I definitely would. While it will never replace my hardwallet for the majority of my funds, it is perfect for the rest of my coins that I need to be able to access easily from my phone. Great work this app, and keep it up!

After a few days of back and forth with customer support (not in a bad way, just left me feeling hopeless a time or two which was more so my impatience and pessimism based on other crypto apps) they resolved any and all issues I’d run into and my missing crypto was returned knnf ill at the current (elevated) rate. Like I said in my previous (2*) review Edge was seemingly perfect except for losing over a grand of my money. Well, with that problem aside I’d like to say that this is a seamless experience when it comes to buying selling and exchanging crypto. So easy a caveman could do it, and do it relatively anonymously as well. This is really a one stop shop and I don’t plan on going anywhere else at the Moment. Thanks this app!

I don’t know what’s wrong I tried sending Bitcoin but it’s on pending for over 24 hours then I tried sending another btc out still pending, now I tried logging in but it says Couldn’t reach the auth server: /v2/ login what’s going on this’s really frustrating because I just received Bitcoin everything's fine but I can’t withdraw or anything else this’s a bad experience and since the past 24 hours I’ve not heard from anyone

Used this as my wallet since before when it was Airbitz... checked it after not looking for a month and my bitcoin wallet is go and my ethereum is at zero with some transaction I’ve never seen in November. Hit up support they show me how to restore my bitcoin wallet, which shows zero with a transaction on the same day... still waiting for support to get back to me and get some at least some info on this transaction

While this wallet allows you to do many things, it can leave you painted in a corner. For example, I decided to exchange bitcoin in the wallet (cool feature) for a few different crypto’s. When I tried later to exchange them back to BTC, they demanded that I give them full KYC info for one, and for others they required that I maintain a minimum balance. So basically, i felt cheated by them not telling me these things ahead of time and am now stuck with crypto’s I don’t want. 2 stars for for not disclosing everything.

Nice wallet. Works well for Bitcoin Cash transactions. Bugs are always fixed quickly by the developers. Responsive support team!

this app is a really great iOS wallet. It has a clean interface, and is the only wallet I have found that supports all the coins I want, including BTC, BCH, BSV, LTC, ETH, XRP, XMR, EOS, DASH and XLM. It also has a built in BSV split function for your pre-fork BCH. And it is secure without the hassle of using a 12 or 24 word mnemonic seed. So it’s equally suited for beginners and advanced crypto fans alike. Their support is also second to none. Highly recommended!

This wallet is the easiest out of all iOS wallets I’ve ever used. Supports ERC20 tokens, XRP (the best token) on earth, I’m not a financial advisor. Support is very responsive through telephone and telegram. Wallet stays updated with current market prices. What I like the best is the way that it can be recovered.

It’s worth checking out before others!!!!

Oh yea and you can buy and exchange tokens right from the wallet too, so cool!

Edit: There was a new update the day after I posted this review which fixed the problems I was having. 5 star app my dudes, highly recommended

I’ve never had an issue with Edge before and it serves every function that I need. However since the last update, Edge has an unexpected eof error when launching and persists while using Edge . Crypto can be received but Edge does not proceed to the next screen after entering the receiver’s address.

Super easy and user friendly. Have been able to send money super easy and the design is really simple. I recommend it to all my friends.
