I sent a check to a friend and after she received it, it required her to use her 10 digit number to access it but she kept putting it but no luck. It just doesn't work with number as the password. How does she access this password?

How to fix EmailACheck app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EmailACheck app on iPhone
Update EmailACheck app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EmailACheck iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EmailACheck on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EmailACheck network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EmailACheck Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EmailACheck not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EmailACheck App
1. On android, goto Settings » EmailACheck » click [Force Stop]

Update EmailACheck to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EmailACheck App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EmailACheck » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EmailACheck.

Fix EmailACheck unable to contact server/ EmailACheck internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EmailACheck » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EmailACheck » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EmailACheck
