Gosund Status

I have 6 gosund plugs installed in my house. I have had these plugs working without problems until I changed one of them, and this had thrown everything off kelter. I have reinstalled the 6, added them to my iphone but am unable to pair them with my Alexa. Prior, this was not a problem. I need help in getting these 6 plugs paired so all I need do is to tell Alexa to turn on Plug such and such, or to tell Alexa to turn off Plug such and such. Help me please. I am an 82 yr old male who has to try by trial and error which is very time consuming.

on my phone I downloaded "Gosund" app, I try to register but I am not able to scroll the screen to get access to the "confirm" button, the screen is frozen...I I also tried on an older iPhone, same problem. iPhone 12 IOS 16.3.1

When accessing the schedule for one of my plugs, it crashes the app leaving me at a white screen and unable to get back to anyplace else in the app. I have to restart the app. It's the only one that causes this issue when access the schedule. Is there any solution that actually works? Also does anyone at Gosund ever reply to emails? I am finding Gosund may need to change their name to Gosuck!h

Gosund app keeps running, even after closing app I was forced to have location on by this app while running. How do I close app and stop running?

Go to apps. Gosund. Force stop. Open. Voila.

My smart switch works fine using the Gosund App, but is unresponsive in Alexa. I worked fine for over two years. What can I do to diagnose the problem?

Just updated iPhone software 15.4.1. Gosund app no longer working. Does not load. Goes to white page with gosund logo then just goes back to my home page. Tried hard reboot, closed the app etc…. Need it fixed please

App is not opening at all. Deleted app and downloaded again but it still does not work. Is there a fix?

My gosub will not link to Google home. When I try to link the logins says it is successful but then it tells me my username or password is not correct. What should I do?

I changed my router and now 3 of my 4 bulbs will not turn on at all. I have tried the on/off reset and removed/deleted them from the app but they still will not turn on at all. it is like they were turned off as the time of the switch and can not be turned back on.

Im unable to launch the Gosund App this evening. My version is up to date but when I click onto the Gosund Icon on my I-phone the App doesn't launch then subsequently crashes.

I had to change my internet modem . Now I can’t get my smart outlet to add on the app. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now I can’t log on. It says system is busy error 500 … please help me to get this working

Many times certain lights will say they're on and they are off or they're off and they are on for reboot the app it tells correct answer

Devices linked to Alexa not responding. Error message that server is down. This is a repeat issue. You can bet I won't purchase anything related to this company as I continue to build my smart home. Learn to meet your customers expectations. Or go away and leave the business to companies that can!

Install on new Android 12 phone continually crashes right after opening, cannot even login to gosund account
