This game had been working fine, but over the past few days it is now continually freezing or crashing. It will just shutdown mid-game (which you can at least start where you left off without losing your lives), but at other times it also shuts down and then restarts your phone, meaning you lose the life and any progress on that level (including the Butler's Gift and time-consuming Super Light Ball bonuses). I don't know if it is some bug related to the new Dragon Nest feature, but there doesn't seem to be any updates that would hopefully fix this problem.

When I open 'Royal Match', the word 'DREAM' comes up. But the game never starts. How do I fix this? I am on a tenth generation iPad.

Your royal match game is infecting another game of mine and the add is f freezing my game. Not appreciated sick of seeing your adds if I want the game I will get it. Your attention to this matter is appreciated

I've downloaded royal match onto a different android device, however it won't open, the dream logo comes up but just hangs there. It's an older device android version 7, is Royal Match incompatible? Thanks

The advertisement for your stupid game causes my phone to FREEZE every time it appears as an ad on ANY app I use. I have turn off my phone, totally, before I can use my phone again. Your developers must be lousy. You sales people must be great to have so many other apps include your game as an ad.

when loading Royal Match on my pc it turned off my anti virus programme.
