- NAIP satellite data layer could come with a little more detail

- Maps are not as nicely rendered as Topo Maps+ Atlas pro layer

- Missing fancy tool features of other apps

- Servers could be faster

- Can't search the maps on the app

- Course up display is not available

- App was not usable unless you have a CalTopo account already (but this issue has been resolved)

Close and restart the CalTopo app on iPhone
Update CalTopo app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve CalTopo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix CalTopo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CalTopo app issues:

Force Stop the CalTopo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CalTopo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CalTopo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CalTopo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CalTopo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CalTopo.

Fix CalTopo unable to contact server/ CalTopo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CalTopo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CalTopo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CalTopo on android.
