My caltrop screen has frozen open and I cannot do anything with my iPhone.
Common dislikes about CalTopo app
- NAIP satellite data layer could come with a little more detail
- Maps are not as nicely rendered as Topo Maps+ Atlas pro layer
- Missing fancy tool features of other apps
- Servers could be faster
- Can't search the maps on the app
- Course up display is not available
- App was not usable unless you have a CalTopo account already (but this issue has been resolved)

The mobile apps integrate seamlessly with the this app website allowing realtime syncing with the web application allowing updates to maps and routes to be passed back and forth (while you still have cell service). If you're traveling off the grid you can download mapping layers and maps that you've created to help guide you on your adventures. No more cumbersome exporting and importing from other apps. When you're back you can sync the record of your journey back to the this app website.
