Hi I can’t print from DocScan anymore? Also, can’t transfer files to DocScan from pages app. or many other sites. I’m using IPad. DocScan was working great before, but is getting harder and harder to work with it ? Thanks

I am not able to use my keyboard once I select that I want to send document as an email. I can not add addresses or text to the emails.

How to fix DocScan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DocScan app on iPhone
Update DocScan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DocScan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DocScan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DocScan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DocScan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DocScan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DocScan App
1. On android, goto Settings » DocScan » click [Force Stop]

Update DocScan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DocScan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DocScan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DocScan.

Fix DocScan unable to contact server/ DocScan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DocScan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DocScan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DocScan
