I have tried to register my G Shock GMB 5000 twice using the Casio Watch App, using the above e-mail address and also E.T.Intellect@redacted. The password is not remembered by the app or your website; for either address, and further connection to your website is regected. Do I need this App to maintain the accurate timekeeping of my very expensive G Shock ?? If so, your app is faulty and needs fixing, or you have reduced my G Shock to a piece of junk as a watch for international travel. Best regards,.......Veryan Page

The app is not allowing the software update for the DW-H5600 watch. It states the update is required but when I go to the screen it does nothing.
