Everytime I type in a password to get into the app it says “user not found” can’t really give a full review if I don’t have access to the app 🙄

Beware the app crashes anytime you open it or are happily scrolling through the feed(s). Found an element you’re interested in sharing or saving? Too bad! Refreshing the feed to load new clusters? Too bad! Exploring related/relevant elements? Again, too bad! It’s a beautiful app with beautiful content from all over the place but just poorly designed.
Additionally, their customer service team is in response on all outlets including IG and email… that is, if it truly exists to begin with.
I’ll keep it just in case the developers fix all of the issues.

The onboarding process to even use this app is one of the worst I’ve seen; infuriatingly slow with one peice of information per screen as you slowly enter your info to even get into the app. Just let me sign in and go. And it collects way too much personal info.
In addition, $8 a month is a laughable price. Guys it’s a bookmark and content manager.
