I was told the app is free, but won't let me do day 4 workout.

The video will no longer play. I want to be certain I’m doing the exercises correctly. If I’m not it’s not doing me much good, and could possibly cause injury.

I've selected a 28 day workout plan but I'd like to delete it and then select another one. How can I do this?

Have been using JustFit for over 2.5 months and this morning when clicking app, it wants me to answer questions that I answered 2.5 months ago and won't go to the screen where I left off yesterday. What's happening???? I do not want to start over!!! Thank you

Hello, I’m trying to find out if there is a way to reset my progress so I can start over at square one. I let some time lapse between my workout sessions and would like to start fresh since I have paid for a full years subscription. Thank you!

Blank screen- videos will not play

I just paid for a year for JustFit. It started playing Day 2 before I was ready and now it says that I completed Day 1, but I didn’t!! How do I rewind and go back to Day 1?

video won't play during workout. Video is necessary to ensure proper form and understanding of each movement. It worked fine for my first 30 days, now I am onto my second 30 days and it doesn't work. I have paid up front. Not very useful.

How do I restart my workout at Day 1?

I now see there are hundreds of complaints about this app, will advise that no one uses it! Waste of money!

Don’t start day 4

Why won’t my just fit plan let me go to day 4 without paying?Even though the payment is for the extra workouts and stuff like that while the plan is supposed to be free.

I have paid for the premium Day 4 it won’t allow me to start training It’s giving me the ‘special discount’ add

I installed on Samsung A52. When I try to click on "I agree", all it says is "Please confirm the Agreement". Pressing "I agree" does nothing.

I’m trying to move on to day 4 but it won’t let me. It worked on days 1,2, and 3 but it’s telling me that I have to sign up and pay money.

Trainer not appearing on screen during workout. White screen only with audio on day 13. I had to delete and reload app and now it won't work at all and won't even program my new workout. I paid for the full year. This is a rip-off.

When i press ‘start training’ it wont start training

I click start day 4 workout and it won’t let me start. It’s just giving premium and adds it won’t let me start 😩

I am in the wrong workout. I am 68 and wanted the workout for sitting/bed but I am in an extensive workout doing things I can't do plank, downward dog etc. How do I change my workout?

Did not save my progress and I am back at Day 1. Ugh!

It will not let me do day 4, I click start day 4 then I click just start training and it offers me just fit premium then I click the X because I don’t want premium and it goes back to asking me if I want to track my heart rate or just start

I cancelled my account today, I want to make sure I will not be billed again.

Not seeing the video

When I try to take my bpm it asked me to go to settings and allow access to my camera. However, when I go into the settings, it only shows access to Siri, notifications and cellular data. How do I remedy the “missing” camera access ? Thank you

Training session 4 won't start. Each time measure heart rate or just start training is selected and ad plays.

hi, for a while now ive been trying to use your app for working out. it’s great, but when i press “measure heart rate” it only leads me to varieties of ads, and it makes me not able to even start working out. This issue really frustrates me, and I hope you can fix this.

I have recreated a new custom plan twice started on day one twice but they were different workouts and it is still not creating my new plan. Message to customize new plan with my last workout being the last of the finished plan. Also it doesn't unlock next day routines and I do the same day for about 3 days.

This is ridiculous. I see almost everyone has the same problem of asking for chair and lying down exercises. Then receiving almost completely undoable workouts because of health or flexibility problems. I’m in that same group so just cancel my membership and return my money for this not so “free” app if you have charged me for it.

I finished my 28 day program yesterday and customized my new 28 day plan. Did day 1 today, but every time I open the app it asks me to restart and customize my new plan

App is loading slowly

My app will not show everything that is offered i.e. examples of exercises my tracking progress,, or activity tracker

I subscribed to the JustFit and after looking at day 1 exercise, I realize I won’t be able to do them. I am 80 years old and can’t do them. I canceled the subscription, will they cancel my charges?

I tried app for 3 days and canceled before trial was up! I was still charged! Please contact me ASAP for information about refund! I have read poor reviews that many people have had this same issue I honestly hope that my charges will refunded quickly and I don't need any legal action going forward!

I paid, I completed day 1 and tried to do day 2. Theres no start work out button to push so I cant do the work out with the timer and person doing the exercises. Why? I can see what I would be doing, but cant start it.

I am very heavy and still recovering from knee replacement surgery. When I registered I didn’t choose sitting or bed only I also chose floor but I’m hurting. Also I can’t kneel or sit in the floor because of my knee. Is there a way to adjust the app to go a step down or something? I like the app and even though I’m only a few days in I hated to delete it and start over. What can I do?

I had requested the laying down exercises. But instead received exercises I cannot do. I can't figure out how to change my workout. I have been fiddling with this for 17 days and just can't figure it out.
