I downloaded the 28 day free LazyFit app. It allowed me to do the first 3 days of workout now will not allow me to open day 4. Keeps prompting me to accept 7 day free trial.

My leg is in a cast. I cannot stand up and put pressure on it. I have tried the chair exercises and a third of them are standing up and doing yoga type things that I cannot do. Problem is every time I go to start the cheer exercises it starts me at day one again. I need to know how to operate this system or I might as well cancel the prescription, I’m not I’ve done the same exercises for the last five days

My app just updated and now some of my workouts I was doing are no longer there? The Bed Challenge 2023 (28 days) and the 14 days lean arms and many others are no longer available. I went to activities to see if I could access them there since I’m in the process of the challenges, it says I have no internet connection? Very disappointed because I’m no longer going to be able to complete them to see if they really worked. It also kept tract of what I was on. Please put the back on the app immediately.

I subscribed for a yr only to find out in the first series of exercises that they required jumping. I specified in the questionnaire that I cannot jump (I have a very deteriorated ankle due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been able to do chair yoga and thought that would be the type of exercise plan I would get from Just fit. I am so disappointed and expect a refund as I specified on the questionnaire that I could not do that type of exercise! In your ad It showed a very heavy set woman exercising on a bed, so I while I am not heavy set, I AM 74 yrs old and have very bad joint I feel I was very misled!

I was just shown how to find subscriptions on Apple. It showed that I have a subscription with you that I never ordered & would never use. I am a Senior 71 years old & full of so much metal I could be the bionic Nana! I have an ankle replacement, both knees have been replaced and my right hip has been replaced 3 times if it happens again I will be in a motorized chair. Now does this sound like I could workout $69.99 a year means a lot to a person on Social Security I can see I have been charged twice for that amount & I kindly would very much appreciate being refunded. However inspite of that today an amount of Rs 2899/- was still deducted from my account. I accidentally took the plan for one month and amount got deducted from my account and I cancelled the subscription now. But I couldn’t get my money back

I want to unsubscribe but can't work out how. I tried going into settings and subscriptions on my phone but am only given the option to resubscribe, not to cancel.

When setting up my profile, I specified that I have knee issues and did not want any jumping. The workout I got includes jumping and kneeling on the floor, which I can't do. Also, the video often stops in the middle of the workout so I can't see how to do the exercises.
