I sent the email below on July 18, 2023:
I signed up for your program because the ad I saw showed chair exercises geared toward older women. I'm 71 with some mobility issues due to poor balance.
I was surprised when I opened the program for the first time and saw things like Cossack squats, planking, and standing thigh stretching. Those are things I might work up to, but I'm looking to strengthen myself a little bit at a much slower pace first.
I also thought I was signing up for a $40 program that was good for a year. Just now I looked at some of your reviews and additional information, and it appears your program is $70 per year.
I'd like a full refund at this time because your program is obviously not what you represented it to be.

I received an answer saying that I could find the workouts I'm looking for under the "Workouts" tab; however, I have looked at every program, and I don't see anything that resembles the workout I signed up for. If you cannot provide what you advertised, I would like a full refund.
