Insanely high interest rates which is my fault for agreeing to but still. They had all my payment information and was set for auto pay. They made a mistake and never processed the first couple payments and admitted to it and still charged me over 100$ in late fees. Said there was nothing they could do even though they never tried to even contact me.

Please do not use the service or app for no finance loans because of you borrow money and don’t get it Off they will add 500 to you payments and there interest rates is robbery,I was almost finished paying them off I only had 300 left to to pay them and I made payments faithfully but they don’t care about customers they care about money and robbing folks this is a warning to anyone who wants to use MyEasyPay, you’ll paying more than a loan you’ll pay 500 dollars more please don’t use them and they don’t need to be in business and have done a lot of folks like this so take my warning serious

I try to make a payment and continue to get error messages. When I input my card info it says that it’s already need added, however it does not show up within the payment options. App is not functioning properly. Please fix asap !

I can’t really pay for bills/food properly, I should have just left the car in my garage and waited till I had the funds. Their website is busted, and I had to shut MyEasyPay off completely in order to get it to work cause it was stuck. Heed my warning, this isn’t the way to go about getting your car fixed.

I had horrible experience they were not upfront about how they do things after 90 days they charged another thousand dollars and I was almost paid off. They started charging me $10 every day so by time I would’ve paid off the dog I bought it would’ve been about $5000 when the dog itself was only 2700. The interest rate was ridiculous!!!!! 179% I paid off the dog and stay far from this place.

So I got a dog for $2,600 and found out after the 90 days promotional period was up that this was a big mistake, 149% interest rate, I paid $1,100 off the dog and when that promotional period was over BAM the balance magically became $2,550. So basically this company is a predatory loan company and if you don’t give them their money within 90 days they bleed you dry, I went into my savings real quick to pay this off seen as how I already sacrificed $1,000 to this company.

I’ve been trying to pay my full balance and MyEasyPay keep returning my payments, I already contact my bank and they said everything is fine with the bank. Everyday that goes in getting more interest to pay and that’s not my fault

This is my third time & never had issues prior to this last purchase. I called to request my bank acct not be drafted & to use the debit card on file. I always made sure the funds were in there, my fault for not following up, but again this was my third time & no issues in the past. When it came close to pay off, I noticed a large dollar amount & they had taken back the 90 days promo. When I called to ask what happened I was told a payment wasn’t made in a certain time frame so they cancelled the promo and now I’m charged huge fees. Terrible customer service, be careful

I don’t typically leave reviews but for this one I feel I should. Yeah, like most people keep putting on here, it’s easy to get approved and it’s easy to make payments through MyEasyPay . But just know, you miss one payment, or you breathe in a way they don’t like, they will instantly take away your 60 day finance free and, by the next day, the total you owe will double as well as the amount goes up every day as long as there is a balance. Just make sure you read that they charge 199% interest which is absurd but that’s how companies like these stay in business. So that’s why I say read over everything carefully and make sure to pay off the total within 60 days!

Lost $1000 in interest ridiculous

They try to take as much money from you as possible and don’t even provide statements of where the charges are coming from or what they mean

Balance never goes down makes me wonder why. It should be illegal to charge this kind of money to people use only because they need help. Sounds like predatory lending to me.

I used my account login and password to access my account, but MyEasyPay kept telling me it was invalid. I registered within MyEasyPay with the same info and was told I could then access my current accounts. When I put the required info in (DOB & SS#), it said it couldn’t find my account. Oh well, I’ll continue to use the website until MyEasyPay is fixed.

However, a bit glitchy. Every time I make a payment, it goes through, but I need to log out to continue using MyEasyPay . If it wasn’t for that, I would give a 4 or even a 5. It has the features one needs when managing your loan.

Like the up to date technologies out in to App. Like theEasy to use navigation buttons. Everything is clearly marked in pleasant coloring. And set up nicely👍👍
