Thankfully I decided to read the reviews before officially buying this pricey app ($30/month, or $90/6 months), which, by the way, offers no free trial? So bizarre. There were already technical problems with it before I even finished making an account. They require you to give an email address and agree to receive *all* emails from them before you’ve even picked a subscription plan. Very misleading too. They don’t tell you at all that you *must* pay to access *any* content at all. It seemed like a scam so I went to the reviews and found many people saying it is not very fleshed-out or interactive, and as someone who is already very well-versed in CBT and has done years of therapy, I’m not looking for something so basic. Wish I could have at least tried a free trial to see if it could help me, but they want $30 for just one month with very little insight into what I’m paying for? I’ll just delete instead. No thanks.

I don’t normally pay for apps like this, and I regret doing so. There’s not much useful information and a lot of the activities are extremely basic. You don’t need to pay for an app to tell you to keep a journal and to exercise. Some free advice for you: just keep a journal and exercise! And meditate.
There are so many spelling and grammar errors, it’s very unprofessional.
On top of that, it “locks” activities that it doesn’t want you to do until the next day, so you don’t even get to try things out at your own pace. I think it’s because they don’t have enough content and they want to stretch it out.
I have absolutely no affiliation, but try the Curable app if you are looking for something similar, it doesn’t have to be used just for a chronic pain. It’s more comprehensive, better designed, and more interactive. And you can try it for free to decide if you like it. I wish Sensa had the same offer, I definitely would not have purchased this if I had tried it first.
Not recommended! Unless you like to waste money.

I wish I had read how many reviews had bad experiences before I wasted my $$.
Some as others, my account is debited immediately, but I can’t get through the app to get an account.
Very ironic - an app for mental health is so frustrating to interface with.
I am contacting my credit card to see if I can refute the charges.
Hey developer, I expect I will get the same pre-scripted response as others telling me to email you. Joke’s on you- I already have. Now the race is on, can you resolve the issue before the $$ is taken back?
