Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Adventure CU app issues:

Force Stop the Adventure CU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Adventure CU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Adventure CU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Adventure CU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Adventure CU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Adventure CU.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Adventure CU » "Force Stop".

Again, got Adventure CU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
