The App DOES NOT work. ALWAYS says unable to load info. I went to CityMD at 1500 Lexington Ave in New York, NY. How will I get my test results?

Worst and most annoying app to deal with in the world. Ever since citymd merged with summit everything went downhill and this app is one of the worst possible things summit has changed about the company.
First off, this app is difficult to deal with especially for elderly or foreign parents. A simple PCR test result goes on this app instead of your email.
Second of all, why is it so difficult to access your child’s test results. There needs to be a different email for every single child or else the app doesn’t let you see their results.
Overall this app is mid.

Horrible app no matter how many times I try to sign in and then succeed it never has any of my info and it always says unable to find my account info.
Password reset

The password reset functionality does not work. You end up in a loop that takes you back to the app???? With no ability to reset???
